Xi University of Posts and Telecommunications has two campuses, namely Chang 'an Campus and Yanta Campus. Chang 'an Campus is divided into East Campus and West Campus, separated by an overpass.

The east campus of Chang 'an Campus includes: Digital Art College, Humanities and Social Sciences College, Foreign Languages College and Education College;

The west campus of Chang 'an Campus includes: Graduate School, School of Communication and Information Engineering, School of Electronic Engineering, School of Computer, School of Automation and School of Science; Xi University of Posts and Telecommunications is an ordinary institution of higher learning characterized by information science and technology, with the coordinated development of industry, management, science, economics, literature, law and art. It is an important base for personnel training and scientific research in information industry and modern postal industry in China, especially in northwest China.

Yanta Campus: School of Economics and Management, Modern Post College. The school insists on opening up and actively carries out international exchanges and school-enterprise cooperation.
