I. Candidates and Conditions
(A) the object of recruitment

2. People who already have civil servant status cannot apply for the exam; Applicants cannot apply for departments or units whose relatives should avoid.
Persons who have received criminal punishment and been dismissed from public office, those who have been found cheating in the examinations in 2005 and 2006 by the competent civil servant authorities at all levels in Shandong Province, civil servants and servicemen who have been dismissed for less than five years, non-fresh graduates of full-time ordinary colleges and universities, and those who are not allowed to be employed as people's policemen according to the law cannot apply for the examination.
(2) Application conditions

2. Specific procedures for on-site visual inspection and payment:

Third, the content, time and place of the exam
The examination includes written examination, interview and physical fitness assessment.
(1) Written examination
The written examination subjects are Shen Lun, administrative professional ability test and public security professional subject examination. The Book for Examination of Public Security Specialized Subjects is the Basic Knowledge of Public Security compiled by the Ministry of Public Security. The examination questions of public security professional subjects are ordered by the Ministry of Public Security. The application and the administrative professional ability test implement unified proposition, unified examination and unified marking in the whole province.

The interview is scored on a scale of 100, and the interview time for each person does not exceed 30 minutes. The interview results are judged by the examiner on the spot. After removing a highest score and a lowest score from each evaluation factor, the average score is calculated comprehensively to determine the interview results of the candidates. The interview results were announced on the spot. Each interview group shall have no less than 7 examiners, of whom 1 examiner shall be employed by the employer. The examiner should be selected by the municipal organization and personnel department to be familiar with the interview theory and have practical experience in the interview.

According to the proportion of each of the four items accounting for 25%, the results of the physical fitness evaluation of candidates are comprehensively announced by using the 100-point scoring method. The score of physical fitness assessment is 40 (inclusive), and those below 40 will be disqualified. If the candidate for this position fails to meet the standards, the employment plan for this position will be cancelled.
Physical fitness evaluation is organized and implemented by the municipal personnel department and the public security department under the supervision of the discipline inspection and supervision department. Four, political examination and physical examination.
According to the total test scores and physical fitness assessment results, candidates are divided into recruitment units or positions, and those who enter the scope of political examination and physical examination are determined from high score to low score according to the ratio of 1.2 times the employment plan. Candidates who fail to pass the political examination and physical examination may, with the approval of the municipal organization and personnel department, determine the political examination and physical examination objects in turn from the units or post personnel who enter the scope of political examination and physical examination according to the number of vacancies; If there are still unqualified personnel who need to be replenished from other interviewers in turn, they should be approved by the municipal organization and personnel department.
The composition, content, requirements and methods of the examination of political examiners shall be implemented in accordance with the Measures for the Examination of Political Examinations of the People's Police of Public Security Organs of the Ministry of Public Security.
