What are the requirements for judicial administration positions in the Guangdong Provincial Court Examination?

Applicants should meet the following basic conditions:

1. Have the nationality of the People’s Republic of China, abide by the Constitution and laws of the People’s Republic of China, and support the Chinese Communist Party *The leadership of the Communist Party and the socialist system.

2. Have good conduct, abide by public order, and respect social ethics.

4. Have the physical conditions, technical skills, psychological quality and work ability that meet the job requirements to perform duties normally.

5. Age requirements:

(1) Positions in public institutions affiliated to the Guangdong Provincial Department of Justice: There is no age limit for fresh graduates, and social workers are between 18 and 35 years old (i.e. November 1, 1983 Born between November 27th and November 26th, 2001).

(2) Positions in provincial prison institutions: ages 18 to 30 (that is, born between November 27, 1988 and November 26, 2001).
