Party A's sales promotion personnel shall abide by Party B's rules and regulations, obey Party B's management, and be responsible for providing Party A with the product sales report of last month before the 30th of each month.

7. During the agreement period, if Party A needs to sell new products in the market, it shall notify Party B in writing in advance.

8. This Agreement is made in duplicate, one for each party, and shall come into force after being signed and sealed by both parties. Matters not covered shall be negotiated separately by both parties.
