2012 Sun Yat-sen University Recruitment Announcement for Series A Managers and Student Counselors

Sun Yat-sen University was founded by Dr. Sun Yat-sen in 1924. It is a multidisciplinary comprehensive key university directly under the Ministry of Education. Due to the development needs of the school, we are now planning to recruit a number of high-quality permanent staff (A series) managers and student counselors at home and abroad. 1. Recruitment Scope

People who have graduated from key and well-known universities at home and abroad and have more than one year of administrative or related work experience . (Note: The work plan to recruit managers and counselors for fresh graduates of 2013 will be launched in early 2013. Graduates of 2013 are welcome to apply for the job.)

3. Basic recruitment requirements

(1) Have good ideological and moral qualities, love university management work, and have a strong sense of professionalism and responsibility;

(2) Have the policy level, theoretical level and professional knowledge required to perform duties, and have strong organizational and coordination capabilities;

(3) Have good foreign language and computer skills, and be able to be proficient in computer work operation; have good oral expression skills and writing skills;

(4) Be physically and mentally healthy, under the age of 35;

IV. Recruitment Requirements

(1) Applicants must obtain the consent of their current workplace (written certificate must be provided during the written examination);

(2) ) The opening date for this recruitment position is January 2013. When reporting, you must provide academic qualifications and degree certificates (degrees obtained abroad or overseas must provide the Ministry of Education academic certification certificate). 5. Recruitment Procedures

(2) Qualification review;

(3) Written test: closed-book format; main content of assessment: testing the basic knowledge and analytical and problem-solving abilities required for university management work ;

(4) Interview: The interview mainly tests the management ability and quality required for the proposed position, work experience and effectiveness, and if necessary, additional tests on foreign language and computer operation;

(5 ) Organize inspections;

(6) The school’s open recruitment leadership group reviews and determines the candidates;

(7) Notifies the physical examination;

(8) Signs the contract.

6. Remuneration and Management
