According to the regulations of China Railway Department, people with myopia over 1 degrees can't take the examination of Railway Bureau, nor can they take part in the recruitment of relevant positions in Railway Bureau. The railway department believes that eyesight is an important working ability. In order to ensure safety and service quality, people with myopia exceeding 1 degrees are not qualified to take the examination and recruitment of railway bureaus.
