Third, the remuneration package.

Fourth, introduce the procedure.

(2) Qualification examination

1. Time: September 2022 13 to September 2022 14.

3. Precautions for qualification examination: Applicants should attend the qualification examination at the designated place within the specified time.

(3) Evaluation

The recruitment is conducted by direct interview and assessment, guided and supervised by Shangrao Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, and organized and implemented by Shangrao Agriculture and Rural Bureau. If the number of applicants constitutes competition, Shangrao Human Resources and Social Security Bureau will organize an interview and assessment. According to the assessment results, select the best candidates for physical examination and inspection. The time and place of assessment will be notified separately.

(4) Physical examination and inspection

Those who pass the examination are determined according to the proportion of the number of recruitment positions 1: 1, and the personnel to be introduced are announced by Shangrao Human Resources and Social Security Bureau. The physical examination standard shall be implemented with reference to the General Standard for Physical Examination of Civil Servants (Trial), which shall be organized and implemented by Shangrao Human Resources and Social Security Bureau in conjunction with relevant competent departments, and the medical examination expenses shall be borne by itself.

Those who have passed the medical examination are listed as the objects of investigation, and they are inspected with reference to the relevant regulations on the recruitment of staff in public institutions.

(5) Publicity

Those who pass the physical examination and inspection will be publicized by Shangrao Human Resources and Social Security Bureau for 7 days. If there is a report during the publicity period and it is verified that there are problems affecting the introduction, the qualification for introduction will be cancelled. If it is difficult to verify, it will be verified and concluded before deciding whether to introduce it.

(VI) Introduction to the contract

Upon the expiration of the publicity period, the personnel to be introduced will go through the employment formalities according to the relevant regulations, and the employed personnel will enjoy the salary and welfare benefits related to Shangrao's high-level talent policy, which will be formally incorporated into the career establishment and managed according to the employment contract. If you can't come to work in time within 30 days after the appointment notice is issued, it will be regarded as automatic waiver of employment qualification. Those who pass the probation period and pass the examination will be formally employed. Those who fail to pass the examination during the probation period shall be dismissed according to the prescribed procedures and examination and approval authority. The minimum service period agreed between the officially hired personnel and the unit is 5 years.

This recruitment qualification examination runs through the whole recruitment process. Anyone who finds that the applicant does not meet the recruitment conditions announced in this announcement will be disqualified.
