Trailer drivers need corresponding A2 driver's license. Therefore, when recruiting drivers, it is easier to recruit drivers from B and C, but it is not easy to recruit large semi-trailer drivers who need A2 drivers, and the number is small, coupled with long working hours and low pay, which makes it difficult to recruit drivers.

Few young drivers can get A2 license now, and many older drivers quit. A few years later, some of them have a little savings to buy and maintain their cars, while others are looking for better jobs.
