According to the Youth Affairs Office [2009] Document No. 92 "Notice on Approving the 2009 Recruitment Plan for Public Institutions Affiliated to Jiaozhou City", the city's non-education system public institutions openly recruit 60 staff (30 for the health system and 30 for other public institutions) . The relevant matters are now announced as follows:

1. Recruitment scope and conditions

1. Abide by laws and regulations, have good conduct and be in good health.

2. Full-time non-teaching undergraduate or above graduates from general colleges and universities who have not chosen a career in 2008 or 2009.

3. Serving the “Three Supports and One Support” college students in Jiaozhou City in 2006 and 2007.

4. Meet other qualifications required for the recruitment position.

3. Recruitment Methods

(1) Registration and qualification review

1. Time: July 22-July 24, 2009 (9:00-11:30 am, 1:30 pm- 5:00).

2. Location: Jiaozhou City Talent Market (No. 2 Beijing Road, Jiaozhou City, fifth floor of the podium of Jiaozhou Administrative Service Center Building).

3. Submit materials: When registering, you must submit the originals and copies of identity cards, graduation certificates, degree certificates, registration certificates, household registration transfer certificates (household booklet or household registration certificate), agreements and other materials (fresh graduates Graduates are required to submit their ID card, graduate recommendation form), and 4 recent one-inch bareheaded photos of the same edition. Applicants pay a written examination fee of 40 yuan, and those who enter the interview must pay an interview examination fee of 70 yuan (holding an employment service card for college graduates from extremely poor families is exempt from paying the examination fee).

4. Those who meet the application requirements after qualification review should fill in the "Jiaozhou City 2009 Public Recruitment Staff Registration Form for Public Institutions". Each person is limited to applying for one position and will receive an admission ticket at the same time.

5. After the registration is completed, if the number of finalized applicants does not reach the specified ratio of 1:3 for the recruitment position, the recruitment plan will be cancelled. If the recruitment plan is to recruit 1 person, the recruitment plan will be cancelled. If the recruitment plan is to recruit more than 2 people, the recruitment plan will be based on the specified ratio. Reduce recruitment plans. Urgently needed positions can be relaxed appropriately.

6. The "Three Supports and One Support" college students who served the city in 2006 and 2007 can apply for positions without being restricted by their place of origin, and 10 points will be added to their written test scores.

(2) Written test

1. Time: the morning of July 26, 2009.

2. Location: The location listed on the "Written Exam Admission Ticket" shall prevail.

3. The content of the written test for non-health graduates is basic public knowledge, and the content of the written test for health graduates is medical and health-related knowledge (no teaching materials are specified). The total score of the written test is worth 100 points.

4. The recruitment and employment department shall determine the minimum qualification score based on the number of applicants and examination results.

(3) Interview

1. The interview adopts a fully closed structured interview method, which mainly tests the basic qualities and professional abilities of the candidates necessary for applying for the position. The total interview score is worth 100 points.

2. Those with job plans for 1 to 9 people will be included in the interview scope based on the total written test scores and the job plan ratio of 1:3 (if the composition of urgently needed positions is disproportionate, all candidates who participated in the written test will be included in the interview scope); Those with a job plan for more than 10 people will be included in the interview based on the ratio of total written test score and job plan at a ratio of 1:2. If the position is disproportionately occupied, the interviewer will be disqualified if the interview score does not reach 60 points.

3. The interview time for applicants to non-health institutions is July 30, 2009; the interview time for applicants to the health system is August 1, 2009.

4. After the interview, the total score of the candidates will be calculated based on the weighted calculation of the written test score accounting for 50% and the interview score accounting for 50%.

5. Recruitment plans canceled or reduced due to the failure of applicants to meet the required proportion will be added to general management positions and clinical medicine positions in township health centers.

(4) Physical examination and assessment

1. According to the recruitment plan, the candidates for the physical examination will be determined according to the position and the total score from high to low in a ratio of 1:1, and the physical examination will be organized. The vacancies caused by unsatisfactory physical examinations and assessments will be filled from among the candidates in order from high to low overall scores. If the total scores are the same, they will be filled from high to low based on written test scores.

2. On August 3, 2009, a closed physical examination will be conducted in accordance with relevant regulations (at your own expense), and assessments will be organized according to the recruitment plan.

(5) Public announcement of employment

Qualified candidates will be announced online for seven days. If there is no objection after the public announcement period, the employment procedures will be completed.

4. Announcement of results and related matters

All results and information are released on the Jiaozhou Talent Network ().

1. On July 25, 2009, extra points will be announced for college students who have applied for the "Three Supports and One Support" program that served Jiaozhou in 2006 and 2007.

2. The written test results and the list of interviewees will be announced on July 28, 2009.

3. On August 2, 2009, the interview results, total scores and the list of candidates for the physical examination were announced.

4. On August 6, 2009, the list of those who passed the physical examination and the list of those who entered the assessment were announced.

5. From August 11 to 17, 2009, the personnel to be recruited will be announced.

6. The list of employees will be announced on August 18, 2009.

5. Benefits and Management

Recruited personnel will be listed in the public establishment and enjoy the salary and benefits of the public institution where they work. The probation period is one year, and the personnel agency will be implemented by the Jiaozhou Talent Exchange Service Center for one year.

Recruited personnel must sign an employment contract in accordance with the "Interim Measures for the Employment of Personnel in Public Institutions in Jiaozhou City" (Jiao Zhengfa [2007] No. 37).

6. Other regulations

1. Graduates who commit fraud in physical examinations and other procedures, or conceal the true situation, resulting in false results in physical examinations and other procedures, will not be hired or their employment will be cancelled.

2. Recruitment personnel must report to the employment unit within the specified time. Those who fail to report for work after the deadline will have their employment qualifications revoked;

3. Those who pass the assessment after the probationary period shall go through the formalities for regularization and grading; those who fail the assessment shall, with the approval of the personnel department, enter the talent market and choose another career in accordance with relevant regulations.
