Introduction to Qi Xiuyu

Qi Xiuyu, female, Han nationality, member of the Communist Party of China, university, vice chairman of Dalian Women's Federation, director of Dalian Qi Xiuyu Employment Agency, representative of the 10th National People's Congress. She leads all colleagues in the institute to innovate ideas and strive to provide more and better services to the employed groups.
