Construction of Caotang Base Park

On June 5438+ 10, 2009, the highly anticipated master plan of Caotang Science and Technology Industrial Base in Xi High-tech Zone was approved.

In April, 2009, the Caotang base project in High-tech Zone was unveiled at the West Expo, and the project of sewage treatment plant was signed.

On May 22, 2009, the Caotang Base in High-tech Zone laid a grand foundation stone and set sail. This hot land covering an area of 20 square kilometers began to stand on the map of Xi' an with a brand-new attitude.

On June 30, 2009, the ground was broken on Xitai first-class highway (Huxian West Avenue-Taiping Yukou), an important transportation supporting facility of Caotang Base in High-tech Zone.

On July 1 1, 2009, the project of BYD No.2 Factory settled in Caotang Base of High-tech Zone was signed. It is located in Caotang Town, Huxian County, about15km south of Xi 'an High-tech Development Zone, with a planned area of 20 square kilometers. Purpose of the base: "Science and technology cottage, ecological new city" highlights the characteristics of "extension, innovation and complementarity" with the core area of Xi High-tech Zone in terms of functional positioning, and develops in dislocation. The planning of the base is divided into four functional areas: headquarters economic industry R&D area, light industry manufacturing area, administrative industry R&D center and life service supporting center, focusing on the development of electronic information, precision equipment, advanced manufacturing, biomedicine and other industries, and making every effort to build a world-class science park with high-end talents gathering, active innovation and entrepreneurship, developed industrial clusters and prosperous emerging industries. In 20 15 years, the total number of enterprises reached 1500, with an operating income of 45 billion yuan, making it a science and technology satellite city with an additional employment of 654.38+million. At present, more than 20 projects have been introduced, including BYD No.2 Factory, Enterprise Accelerator, Baode Automation, Shaanxi Jianrui Fire Protection, xi 'an Xiyuan Electronics, Xi 'an Huajing Electronics, Xi 'an Xingyi, Xi 'an Xichi Electric, Xi 'an Qianjin Electric, Xi 'an Liyade Electric and Xi 'an Weisheng Electronics, with a total investment of 8.2 billion yuan.
