I. Operation management

The water and electricity warm maintenance management center is responsible for the water and electricity warm operation management beyond the contract scope of the property company, and the corresponding property company is responsible for the maintenance of the residential area and teaching building. The staff of hydropower warm maintenance management center must strictly abide by the post responsibility system, stick to their posts and perform their duties to ensure that water, electricity, heating and quality are delivered to users safely and on time. The plumbers in each property center should also perform their duties seriously, carefully record the problems in operation and the opinions put forward by users, and do a good job in dealing with the aftermath and reporting in time.

Second, the charge management responsibilities

1. The water and electricity heating maintenance management center has a full-time water and electricity heating metering and charging team. The group is responsible for measuring, copying newspapers and charging users for water, electricity and heating. Each team member is responsible for sending a water meter to the family members of the teaching staff. More than two people need to participate in the water, electricity and heating metering and charging of the school economic independent accounting unit, commercial housing, infrastructure construction site and other units. The water meters of residents in Xueyuan Community are copied once every semester and settled once. The heating fee should be charged before the heating starts. In the process of copying the newspaper, the meter reader should serve the user with a charge notice, indicate the base and dosage, and ask the user to sign the stub for approval.

3. The water fee of the on-the-job faculty family is deducted from the salary by the planning and finance department; The utilities of all units are deducted from the allocation of funds; For retired employees, survivors, non-employees and other users, it is required to pay directly to the hydropower warm maintenance management center; The water and electricity heating costs of commercial housing, construction sites, mobile telecommunications and other units are collected by the water and electricity heating maintenance center and then submitted to the planning and finance department. For the temporary water and electricity consumption of other units, the deposit should be charged according to the expected amount, the water and electricity meter should be checked regularly, and the settlement method should be adopted according to the relevant standards.

4. If the user's meter is damaged, it shall be replaced by the Logistics Management Office according to relevant regulations. The cost of materials and labor shall be borne by the user during replacement, and the cost during measurement shall be charged according to the average consumption.

According to the relevant provisions of the municipal electric power company, water supply company and college, the following charging standards are formulated:

The electricity consumption of apartments and restaurants is 0.547 yuan/kWh.

2. Water fee

Self-provided water 1.55 yuan /m3
