Shengli Oilfield, which belongs to China Petrochemical Company, is a super-large state-owned enterprise and an important petroleum industrial base in eastern China. The work is divided into two parts: East and West. The eastern part is mainly distributed in 28 counties (districts) of 8 cities including Dongying, Binzhou, Dezhou, Jinan, Weifang, Zibo, Liaocheng and Yantai, and the main part is located in Dongying City in the lower reaches of the Yellow River.
