Is it just HR's problem that you can't recruit people?

Recruitment is the most important part of human resources module, and it is also a difficult link. It takes a lot of courage to do HR recruitment On the one hand, we have to face the pressure of the company boss in recruitment, on the other hand, we have to face the applicants standing in line from time to time. People who are not strong in pressure resistance generally dare not challenge the recruitment work easily.

But in fact, in many cases, it is not all about HR, and many times HR is only a secondary role. Two days ago, I heard a friend who was a HR worker complain that the company couldn't recruit people. The boss always gave her a bad look, but the company's conditions were too harsh. The company is located in a remote place, does not provide social security, and the salary is not high. No matter how powerful HR is, there is nowhere to display it!

General recruitment difficulties have the following reasons.

First, the objective situation of the company has no advantage in recruitment.

Although HR can play a great role in the recruitment process, the decision of whether a candidate will join the job has little to do with HR, and the objective conditions such as salary, welfare, platform, development and location are the main reasons that affect whether a candidate is willing to join the job. For example, companies with small scale, remote location and low salary are naturally difficult to recruit people. On the contrary, companies with good platforms, high salaries and good benefits can naturally attract job seekers.

Second, the department leaders of the company don't cooperate.

In fact, recruitment has a great relationship with department leaders, because HR recruiters must be able to cooperate well with managers or heads of corresponding departments. Some department leaders can say whatever they want during the recruitment interview, and there is no requirement, but after the recruitment, they are all picky, and a group of new employees died in a few days. Or they don't want to spend time training new employees, resulting in a high rate of new employees joining or leaving.

Third, there is something wrong with HR itself.

Of course, if you can't recruit people, HR still has to bear the main responsibility. HR needs to do a lot of work, whether it is recruitment or how to get new people through the probation period after recruitment. This also requires a lot of skills and methods. If there is something wrong with HR itself, then the recruitment work cannot be completed.
