3. The settled enterprise must have business contacts or cooperation intentions with Ping An Group, and can provide relevant business certificates and cooperation agreements.

4. Have sufficient economic strength and financial ability to bear the rent and other expenses of Shenzhen Ping 'an Building, and provide relevant financial certificates and guarantee measures.

5. The settled enterprise shall abide by the management regulations and lease contract of Shenzhen Ping 'an Building, and maintain a good corporate image and code of conduct.
