How to correct the resistance value of electronic throttle positioner of Doosan excavator

1. Make sure the excavator stops and turn off the power.

2. Find the position of the electronic throttle positioner, which is usually located in the cab of the excavator.

3. Use a screwdriver or wrench and other tools to remove the screw or fixing piece of the electronic throttle positioner so as to contact the resistor.

4. Measure the resistance value of electronic throttle positioner with multimeter or resistance meter.

5. If it is necessary to correct the resistance value, it can be achieved by adjusting the adjustable resistor on the electronic throttle positioner.

6. After adjustment, reinstall the electronic throttle positioner, and ensure that the fixing piece is firm.

7. Turn on the power supply of the excavator, start the excavator, and conduct tests to ensure that the electronic throttle positioner is calibrated normally.
