Brief introduction of Cidong industrial zone

Cidong Industrial Zone is located in the coastal reclamation area of Longshan Town in the east of Cixi City. East to Hangzhou Bay, north to Songpu River, south to Ningbo Chemical Industrial Park, 30 kilometers away from Cixi City, 25 kilometers away from Ningbo Central District and 0/60 kilometers away from Shanghai/KLOC-,which is an important part of Cixi's industrial belt along Hangzhou Bay. The planned total land area of Cidong Industrial Zone is 42. 17 square kilometers, which is generally divided into three phases (recent: 2004-2007; Mid-term: 2008 ~ 20 10; Forward: 20 1 1 ~ 2020). After the industrial zone is fully completed, the industrial employment population will be about12 ~150,000, and the total employment population in the zone will reach14 ~170,000.
