First, the recruitment target

1. Candidates who apply for the position of full-time political counselor in Heze University should be full-time college graduates with bachelor degree or above in 2006 and 2007, and should also be party member (including preparing for party member) and the main student cadres during their school days (referring to the monitor and the Communist Youth League secretary; Department of Student Union President, Vice-President, General Branch Secretary and Deputy Secretary; Chairman and vice-chairman of the school student union);

2. Those who apply for the post of teacher in Heze No.1 Middle School should be graduates with bachelor's degree or above from normal full-time colleges and universities who have obtained the qualification certificate of high school teachers and have not been officially dispatched by the graduate employment department (graduates with bachelor's degree or above from non-normal full-time colleges and universities who have obtained the qualification certificate of high school teachers and have not been officially dispatched by the graduate employment department can also apply);

3. 4. Graduates who are employed in private units can apply for the corresponding positions that meet the professional requirements with the personnel agency certificate issued by the personnel service agencies and units of the personnel department.

Candidates who apply for the post of experimental primary school teacher in our city should be graduates of Heze Shengyuan.

Second, the application conditions

Applicants should have China nationality, abide by the Constitution and laws, have good conduct and professional ethics, and meet the requirements of professional skills and physical fitness.

Graduates who have signed directional and entrusted training contracts with specific units before entering school may not apply for the exam without the consent of the directional and entrusted training units.

Three. Registration and qualification examination

This recruitment is conducted by means of on-site registration and on-site identification.

(1) Registration method

Applicants are required to submit nationally recognized academic certificates, identity cards, household registration books (or household registration transfer certificates), registration cards and related certification materials when applying for the exam. (2) Qualification examination

The qualification examination of candidates is organized by the personnel department and implemented by relevant departments, and runs through the whole recruitment process. Those who enter the professional examination need to submit their admission ticket, nationally recognized academic certificate, ID card, household registration book (or household registration transfer certificate), registration card or relevant certificates. Those who fail to submit relevant materials 2 days before the professional examination shall be deemed to have abstained. After examination, those who do not have the conditions to apply for the examination will be disqualified from the professional examination. The vacancy caused by waiver or disqualification shall be filled in turn from high score to low score according to the examination results of public basic knowledge.

The original and photocopy of the materials required for qualification examination shall be submitted.

Fourth, the exam.

The examination is divided into public basic knowledge examination and professional examination.

The public * * * basic knowledge examination is conducted by written examination, which is organized and implemented by the Municipal Personnel Bureau. The examination content of the basic knowledge of public affairs includes national laws and regulations, political and economic theories and current political policies, public affairs management and other basic knowledge and comprehensive writing. The two subjects are combined into one test paper, the test time is 150 minutes, and the full score is 100.

To apply for the post of experimental primary school teacher in Heze No.1 Middle School, an examination subject of basic knowledge of education specialty is added, which mainly includes pedagogy and educational psychology, basic theory of new curriculum, case analysis of education and teaching, educational laws and regulations, and basic requirements of teachers' professional ethics. Examination time limit 120 minutes, full score 100.

Apply for professional and technical positions in institutions affiliated to the Municipal Health Bureau, and add a basic knowledge examination subject of medical specialty, mainly including anatomy, systematic diagnostics, internal medicine and pharmacology. Examination time limit 120 minutes, full score 100.

According to the relevant provisions of the central government and the state, graduates selected by our province to participate in the western volunteer service program for college students and serve in rural areas have served for three years and passed the examination and entered the municipal institutions; Graduates selected by the municipal organization and personnel department to work in rural areas and communities, who have gone through the formalities and served for 2 years and passed the examination and entered the institutions directly under the municipal government, will receive 5 points for the examination results of public basic knowledge. At the time of on-site identification, the above-mentioned personnel shall not only issue the registration certificate issued by the competent department of graduate employment, but also the certification materials recognized by the Shandong Provincial Committee of the Communist Youth League for participating in the volunteer service program for college students in the west; Graduates who are transferred to rural areas shall issue certification materials recognized by county (district) organizations or personnel departments. (2) Professional examination

The professional examination is organized and implemented by the recruiting unit and its competent department under the guidance of the Municipal Personnel Bureau. There is no uniform regulation on the examination methods and contents, and interviews (trial lectures) or professional knowledge tests plus interviews can be adopted. The specific measures and examination contents shall be determined by the competent department of the recruiting unit in conjunction with the personnel department according to the needs of the post. The professional examination should be completed before September 30, and the examination results should be reported to the Municipal Personnel Bureau in a timely manner.

(3) the calculation method of test scores

After the examination, the personnel department will calculate the total score of the candidates' examination according to the ratio of the public * * * (professional) basic knowledge score to the professional examination (interview) score.

If you apply for the position of full-time political counselor in Heze College, the total test score will be calculated according to the basic knowledge score of 40% and the interview score of 60%.

If you apply for the experimental primary school in Heze No.1 Middle School, the total test score is calculated according to the sum of public basic knowledge and professional basic knowledge, accounting for 40%, and the interview (test) and professional knowledge test scores account for 60%;

For those who apply for the institutions affiliated to the Municipal Health Bureau, the total test score is calculated according to the sum of the public basic knowledge and professional basic knowledge, accounting for 70%, and the interview score accounts for 30%.

If there are two or more applicants with the same total score in the recruitment plan of 1, priority will be given to those who get extra points, followed by those with higher basic knowledge and education level, and the candidates for medical examination will be determined. The total score of the examination will be publicized on Heze Graduate Employment Information Network, Heze Personnel Examination Network and the website of the competent department of the recruiting unit.

According to the total score of the examination, according to the recruitment position, from high score to low score, the number of recruits is 1.2 times, and the candidates who enter the medical examination range are determined.

Under the guidance of the personnel department, the recruiting unit and its competent department are responsible for assessing the ideological and political performance, moral quality, professional ability and work performance of the personnel entering the assessment scope.

Vacancies caused by unqualified physical examination and assessment can be filled in equal amounts from other personnel who have entered the assessment scope of the same post.

Intransitive verb employment

According to the results of examination, physical examination and assessment, the candidates to be hired are determined from high score to low score according to the ratio of recruitment position 1: 1, and published on Heze Graduate Employment Information Network, Heze Personnel Examination Network and the website of the competent department of the recruiting unit for 7 days. After the expiration of the publicity period, if there is no objection to the personnel to be hired, the employing unit shall fill in the Registration Form for Employees of Institutions and the Summary Form for Employees of Institutions, and report to the Municipal Personnel Bureau for examination and filing. In line with the employment conditions, the Municipal Personnel Bureau issued the "Notice of Employment of Recruiters in Institutions". After employees put on record, the legal representative of the employing unit or its client signs a labor contract with employees, establishes personnel relations, and goes through relevant procedures such as file relations, household registration transfer, and graduate dispatch according to regulations. The employed personnel shall be represented by the personnel service agency affiliated to the personnel department.

The employed personnel shall implement the probation system according to the regulations, and the probation period shall be included in the employment contract. Formal employment after the probation period expires, and the employment contract will be terminated if it is unqualified.
