Mr. Zou Liming: China nationality, with no permanent residency abroad. He used to be the design engineer of Suzhou Valve Factory Research Institute, the deputy director of the sales department, and the general manager of Suzhou Rihui General Machinery Co., Ltd., and has been the general manager of the company since 2002. He is currently the director and general manager of the Company, director of Dawson Investment, director of Baoye Company, supervisor of Kechuang Investment, director of Dawson Oil and Gas, chairman of Dawson Valve, director and general manager of Nantong Dawson, director of Baoye Forging, director and vice president of Dawson USA and director of Master Valve.
