According to the "Several Opinions of Lin 'an Municipal People's Government on Further Strengthening the Construction of the City's Labor Security Supervision System" (Linfa [2008] No.236) and the spirit of relevant provincial and municipal documents, in order to promote the grid management of labor security supervision, with the consent of the municipal government, it is decided to openly recruit labor security supervision coordinators (labor contract workers) for the society. I. Recruitment Plan
This plan is open for recruitment 15 people, including 2 people from Jincheng Street and Linglong Street, and 2 people from Qingshan Lake Street, Jinnan Street, Banqiao Township, Gaohong Town, Hengfan Town, Taihu Lake Source Town, Yuqian Town, Taiyang Town, Changhua Town, long gang zhen and Lin 'an Economic Development Zone 1 person.
Second, the recruitment scope and basic conditions
1, law-abiding, decent style, love labor security supervision;
2.30 years old (born after 1979 65438+ 10/), college degree or above;

3. Registration procedure
To meet the application requirements, the fresh graduates of full-time colleges and universities in Lin 'an Shengyuan in 2009 need to bring: my ID card, academic certificate, the original and photocopy of the employment agreement and employment recommendation form for college graduates nationwide, and 2 1 inch color photos; Social workers need to bring: the original and photocopy of my ID card, household registration book, education certificate and other related materials, and 2 1 inch color photos.

Fourth, the exam.
The examination includes written examination and interview, with written examination accounting for 60% of the total score and interview accounting for 40% of the total score.

The time and place of written examination will be notified separately.
Step 2 interview
Among those who pass the written test, the interviewer is determined according to the proportion of the total number of people in the recruitment plan from high score to low score 1:2. If the proportion is not enough, enter the interview according to the actual number of people. Three days before the interview, if the shortlisted interviewers confirm that they will not participate in the interview or the qualification review is cancelled, they can fill in the recruitment positions from high score to low score. Interview score 100, qualified score 60.

After the interview, among the qualified candidates, 60% of the written test scores and 40% of the interview scores are combined into a total score (two decimal places are reserved), and the physical examination object is determined from high score to low score according to the ratio of 1: 1 of the total number of people in the recruitment plan (if the total score is the same, the one with the highest written test score is determined as the physical examination object). If the medical examination fails, the total score will be replenished from high score to low score.
Those who pass the physical examination will enter the examination according to the recruitment position plan 1: 1. Those who fail the exam will be given a supplementary physical examination and assessment in the order of the total score from high to low.
Intransitive verb employment
Those who pass the physical examination and assessment are determined to be the persons to be hired, and the Municipal Labor and Social Security Bureau uniformly distributes the persons to be hired (if they do not obey the distribution, they will be disqualified), and the town (street) to which they belong will sign a labor contract with the persons to be hired, and enjoy the treatment according to the relevant provisions.
