Third, the recruitment process
(1) Publish recruitment information.
Recruitment information was published on the websites of Henan Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security (website/), Henan Provincial Department of Education (website/), Henan Graduate Employment Information Network (website) and Zhongyuan University of Culture and Art on August 26th, 2002, 2065438.
(2) Registration and on-site qualification examination

2. On-site qualification
Candidates who have passed the online qualification examination will go to the South Campus of Zhongyuan University of Culture and Arts (to be determined) for on-site qualification confirmation on August 27th, 20 12.
Venue: Multifunctional Hall (No.79 Wenhua Road, Zhengzhou City), the first floor of the office building of the South Campus of Zhongyuan University of Culture and Art (to be established).

The following materials shall be submitted for on-site qualification confirmation:
(1) resume 1 copy;
(2) 1 Original and photocopy of resident ID card (or household registration book and identity certificate with my photo issued by the public security organ where the household registration is located);
(3) 1 Original and photocopy of graduation certificate and degree certificate (graduate students and undergraduates);
(4) Original and photocopy of professional and technical post qualification certificate and letter of appointment 1 copy;
(5) With the qualification certificate of university teachers, provide 1 original and copy;
(6) Three recent one-inch bareheaded photos with the same bottom;
(7) Original and photocopy of main scientific research achievements (including papers, works and topics) and award-winning certificate 1 copy.
After the above materials are registered, the original will be returned to me. Those who fail the qualification examination will be disqualified. The ratio of the number of candidates to the number of qualified applicants for each position shall not be less than 1:3. If it is lower than 1:3, the number of people in the recruitment position will be reduced accordingly. For the shortage of majors below 1:3, they can be recruited normally upon the application of the college and the approval of the Provincial Department of Education and the Department of Human Resources and Social Security.
(3) Examination
The examination is divided into initial examination and second examination, which is organized and implemented by the college under the guidance of the Provincial People's Social Welfare Department and the Provincial Department of Education. Different majors have different ways of initial examination and second examination. For specific requirements, please refer to the Implementation Measures for Open Recruitment Examination of Zhongyuan University of Culture and Art (to be established) 20 12 (Annex 2). Relevant information such as examination time and place will be notified separately.
1, initial test (skill test). Initial score 100. The results and ranking of the preliminary test will be published on the college website the day after the end of the preliminary test.
2. Second interview (interview, practice, etc.). ). According to the initial test results, the candidates for re-examination are determined according to the ratio of the number of positions to be recruited 1: 3 from high score to low score. Re-examination results 100.
The total score of the art major examination = initial test score ×20%+ retest score ×80%.
The total score of the music major examination = initial test score ×60%+ retest score ×40%.
If the total score of the examination is less than 60 points, the qualification for employment will be cancelled. Re-examination results and rankings will be published on the college website the next day. Candidates who are tied for the last place in the total score of the same position will enter the next link according to their academic qualifications, degrees and professional titles.
(4) Physical examination
According to the total test scores of candidates from high to low, the list of medical examiners is determined according to the proportion of the number of positions to be recruited 1: 1. If the medical examination is unqualified, it can be replenished from high score to low score according to the same recruitment position.
Physical examination is conducted in the hospital designated by the college. Physical examination standards shall be implemented according to the Physical Examination Standards and Methods for Applicants for Teacher Qualification in Henan Province (Trial) (Yu [2003] No.27). The medical examination time will be announced separately.
(5) Investigation
Candidates who pass the physical examination are identified as the objects of investigation, and the college will inspect them. The investigation contents mainly include the candidates' political ideology, moral quality, professional ability and work performance. The inspection will further verify whether the information and materials submitted by candidates at the time of registration are true and accurate.
Those who have a record of violation of discipline and discipline, as well as those who do not meet the requirements for registration, will be disqualified after verification.
(6) Publicizing the persons to be employed.
Those who pass the medical examination are the candidates to be hired. The list of persons to be employed shall be submitted to the competent department after the recruitment, and the list of persons to be employed and their achievements shall be publicized on the websites of the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security and the Provincial Department of Education respectively after being audited by the Provincial Department of Education, and the publicity period shall be seven working days.
(7) Time limit for open recruitment
This open recruitment is required to end before September 10.
Fourth, employment.
If there is no objection after publicity, the relevant formalities shall be handled according to the Notice of Henan Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security on the Employment of Personnel in Provincial Institutions, and the salary shall be implemented according to the relevant provisions of Henan institutions.
Employees should report to the college within the specified time, otherwise they will be disqualified.
