Shenzhen Pingshan Park Management Center, a subordinate institution of Shenzhen Pingshan Urban Management Comprehensive Law Enforcement Bureau, openly recruits 1 employee both inside and outside the city according to the needs of the work. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:
I. Scope and position of participation
(A) the scope of employment
Before the first day of registration (that is, March 6, 2023), people who have obtained postgraduate degrees and doctoral degrees through full-time higher education can apply for the exam.
(2) Selection and appointment of posts
1 Professional and technical post staff shall be selected according to the management of permanent post staff in public institutions. Second, the recruitment conditions
1. Meet the staff selection conditions stipulated in the Measures of Shenzhen Municipality on Public Recruitment of Staff (Ren Shenshe Regulation [2065438+09] No.9).
2. The major of the applicant must be consistent with the professional requirements of the post. Whether the majors are consistent or not can refer to the professional reference catalogue of civil servants in Guangdong Province in 2023 (see Annex 2).
3. The applicant is 40 years old or below (i.e.1born after March 6, 983).
4. Good health.
5. Applicants must abide by the relevant provisions of the post avoidance system.
6. In any of the following circumstances, it shall not be employed:
(1) Persons who have not been punished by Party discipline or political discipline or are undergoing disciplinary review, and those who are suspected of violating the law and committing crimes and are undergoing judicial review and have not yet reached a conclusion;
(2) The situation that the Provisions on Handling Violations of Discipline and Discipline in Open Recruitment of Public Institutions cannot be employed;
(3) Other laws and regulations are not applicable.
Third, the selection process.
This staff selection is conducted in accordance with the procedures of registration, preliminary qualification examination, interview, physical examination, organization inspection, publicity and employment.
(1) Selection and registration
1. Registration time: March 6, 2023 at 9:00 to March 8, 2023 18:00.
2. Registration method: Online registration is adopted (on-site registration is not accepted), and the applicant will package and send the electronic version of relevant materials (provide scanned paper materials) to the designated email address (lufen@szpsq.gov.cn, with name+mobile phone number).
3. When registering, the applicant shall submit the following materials:
(1) Electronic version and scanned copy of the application form for open recruitment of staff in 2023 by Shenzhen Pingshan District Urban Management and Comprehensive Law Enforcement Bureau (Annex 3);
(2) a scanned copy of a valid personal identity card;
(3) Education, degree certificate and verification certificate. Those who have academic qualifications or degrees outside the country (territory) shall produce a scanned copy of academic qualifications, degree certificates or relevant certification materials of relevant institutions affiliated to the Ministry of Education;
(4) other written materials and scanned copies of relevant research results that prove that I meet the qualification requirements for the transfer position.
(2) Prequalification
Shenzhen Pingshan District Urban Management and Comprehensive Law Enforcement Bureau conducts a summary review of all the application materials, judges whether the applicants meet the application conditions by consulting the materials, and selects the candidates for the interview according to the ratio of 1: 3. If the number of job applicants is less than 3 times of the number of places to be hired, all qualified personnel will be listed as interview candidates, and the registration materials will be retained by the recruiting unit. In the audit process, candidates' materials are not uniform and do not meet the conditions for selecting and hiring positions, which is regarded as unqualified qualification examination.
Qualification examination is only a preliminary check of the information truthfully provided by candidates, and whether their qualifications meet the job requirements is ultimately subject to qualification examination.

(3) Interview
1. Time: The specific time is determined according to the number of short-listed interviewers within 2 weeks after registration.
2. Location: Further notice.
3. Interview form and organization: The interview adopts structured interview or non-leading group discussion interview form (depending on the actual situation), and candidates participate with the original ID card. There are 7 interviewers, and the examiner composition refers to the relevant provisions of the Notice of Shenzhen Human Resources and Social Security Bureau on Printing and Distributing the Measures for Public Recruitment of Staff in Public Institutions in Shenzhen (Renshen Social Regulation [2065438+09] No.9). The examiner's evaluation adopts a hundred-point system, and the interview score is 60 points. Shenzhen Pingshan District Urban Management and Comprehensive Law Enforcement Bureau is responsible for the specific organization of the interview.
4. Determination of shortlisted candidates for physical examination: those who pass the interview are determined according to the order of interview results from high to low, and the ratio to the number of places to be hired is 1: 1. The interview results and the list of medical examiners will be published on the website of Pingshan District People's Government within 5 working days after the interview, and the publicity time will be 7 working days.
(4) Physical examination
Those who pass the physical examination must bring their ID card and 1 recent one-inch bareheaded color photos and attend the physical examination on time. The time of physical examination and the hospital will be notified separately. The physical examination standard shall be implemented according to the Detailed Rules for Physical Examination of Open Recruiters in Guangdong Province (Trial). Those who fail to attend the medical examination on time without reason shall be deemed to have given up their employment qualification automatically.
(5) Organizing inspection.
Candidates who pass the physical examination enter the inspection link, and the Pingshan District Urban Management Comprehensive Law Enforcement Bureau will conduct an inspection within 30 days after the physical examination. The content of the inspection is to examine the candidate's morality, ability, diligence, performance and honesty, as well as the relevant situation suitable for the position he applied for, pay attention to political performance, and strictly control politics, conduct, ability, style and integrity. At the same time, verify the authenticity and accuracy of the application information and related materials provided by the applicants. Applicants who fail to participate in the inspection and provide personal materials according to the specified time and requirements are deemed to have automatically waived their employment qualifications. (6) Publicity
The list of qualified candidates for interview, physical examination and inspection will be publicized on the website of Pingshan District People's Government for 7 working days, and those who have not obtained the employment qualification will not be notified separately.
(7) Employment
