Five types of high-level talents are given different degrees of housing subsidies, and all high-level talents can buy houses in Qingyuan District, with a maximum subsidy of 500,000 yuan. Experts who enjoy the special government allowance of the State Council, winners of China Youth Science and Technology Award, winners of "Chinese Skills Award", gold medal winners of the World Skills Competition and their head coaches, and national-level technical experts (including A-card and B-card customers except for A-card stipulated in the Interim Measures for the Implementation of the Talent Service Card System in Zhao Yan).

The document stated that it will actively promote the talent housing project. Establish a housing security system and support self-built talent housing in industrial parks. Among them, the first-class talents can buy a set of self-use commercial housing in our district and give a one-time housing subsidy of 500,000 yuan; The second type of talents can buy a set of commercial housing for their own use in our district and give a one-time housing subsidy of 250 thousand yuan; The third type of talents can buy a set of commercial housing for their own use in our district, and give a one-time housing subsidy of 654.38+ 10,000 yuan; The fourth and fifth categories of talents can buy a commercial house in our district for their own use. Children and parents of talents of Class I, II and III can buy a commercial house for their own use in our district. Commercial housing purchased by all kinds of talents, children and parents of both parties shall not be listed and traded within 3 years.

According to the real estate purchase restriction policy issued by Baoding 20 17, the sales of newly-built commercial housing and second-hand housing in urban areas to non-local households with 1 set or above are explicitly suspended.
