Tianjin Baodi Jiuyuan Industrial Park was established in March 2003. On May 3rd, 2006, approved by the National Development and Reform Commission [Announcement No.37 of the National Development and Reform Commission, 2006], it was recognized as a provincial (city) development zone. In August 2009, it was identified as a demonstration industrial park by Tianjin with a planned area of 33 square kilometers.

The park is divided into three sections, namely, industrial section, commercial logistics section and office business section. The planning area of the commerce and logistics sector is 6 square kilometers, including the Beijing-Tianjin International Trade Port project with a total investment of 4 billion yuan and the Bohai Building Materials City project with an investment of 65.438+0.5 billion yuan. The planning area of the office business section is 3 square kilometers, which mainly provides living, office and business facilities for the park; The industrial sector is planned to be 24 square kilometers, including the starting area of the demonstration park and the bicycle new energy industrial base.
