Where is Epiphone's piano factory?

In 2002, Gibson established Qingdao Jisen Musical Instrument Co., Ltd. in Qingdao, China, mainly producing Epiphone series guitar instruments. Qingdao Jisen Musical Instrument Co., Ltd. is located in jiaozhou city, Qingdao. At present, the production capacity has reached an annual output of 1.5 million guitars, and 1.000% of the products are exported abroad.

In 2003, Gibson established a wholly-owned subsidiary in China-Jisheng Boyun (Shanghai) Musical Instrument Trading Co., Ltd. to promote and sell Gibson guitar family brand and series products and Baldwin piano family brand and series products in China. Jisheng Boyun (Shanghai) Musical Instrument Trading Co., Ltd., as one of Gibson's wholly-owned subsidiaries in China, actively devotes itself to enriching the Chinese musical instrument market, and sincerely dedicates excellent western musical culture and advanced musical instrument making technology to music lovers in China.

In 2004, Gibson established Baldwin (Zhongshan) Piano Musical Instrument Co., Ltd. in Guangdong, China through acquisition as Gibson's first piano production base in China. Baldwin (Zhongshan) Piano Musical Instrument Co., Ltd. is located in Dongsheng Town, Zhongshan City, Guangdong Province. It is a designated piano production unit of the Ministry of Light Industry, and has the technical ability to independently develop, design, develop and serialize a variety of piano musical instruments. Its main products include harps and Hengqin of Baldwin, Hamilton and Jesse Fisher (J&C Fischer and Xiangshan).

In 2004, Gibson brought his famous heavy rock guitar brand Kramer to China. Kramer guitars with rich timbre were all the rage in the 1980s. Nowadays, Kramer's new guitars are coming out one after another, and he continues to write a brand history with full personality in the history of guitar music in China.

Since 2005, Baldwin (Zhongshan) Piano Factory has successively developed Baldwin B47 and B52, two classic upright piano models with American style. This is the first time that Gibson officially produced the brand piano named "Baldwin" in China, which not only marks the completion of Gibson's upgrading of Baldwin (Zhongshan) Piano Factory, but also marks that Baldwin (Zhongshan) Piano Factory is fully capable of producing world-class piano products.

In 2006, Gibson launched Talent guitar brand in China as its entry-level guitar series in China. Talent guitar inherits the classic style, excellent craftsmanship and acoustic quality of Epiphone, but it is positioned in the ranks of entry-level teaching piano in a low-key way, truly realizing the dream of low-end guitar products with high-end configuration.

From June 5438 to February 2006, Gibson acquired Northeast Piano Co., Ltd., one of the four largest piano enterprises in China. With the addition of Dongbei Qin, Gibson will provide China music lovers with piano products with higher cost performance and richer products.
