Company development process

1994 March 18 Zhejiang Jiangshan sanyou electronics co., ltd was founded.

In 2000, Quzhou Guoguang Investment Group invested in Zhejiang Jiangshan Sanyou Electronics Co., Ltd., and Sanyou was renamed Quzhou Guoguang Holdings Zhejiang Jiangshan Sanyou Electronics Co., Ltd.

In 2004, the company's production and sales revenue exceeded 1 100 million yuan for the first time.

In 2006, the company established its subsidiary Jiangshan phipps Lighting Co., Ltd.

In 2008, NVC Lighting wholly acquired WorldCom and its wholly-owned subsidiaries (including Jiangshan Sanyou, Jiangshan Phipps and Zhangpu phipps).

In 2009, Sanyou Company newly acquired more than 300 mu of land, and planned to build a production line with an annual output of 200 million energy-saving fluorescent lamps and lamps.
