1994 March 18 Zhejiang Jiangshan sanyou electronics co., ltd was founded.

In 2000, Quzhou Guoguang Investment Group invested in Zhejiang Jiangshan Sanyou Electronics Co., Ltd., and Sanyou was renamed Quzhou Guoguang Holdings Zhejiang Jiangshan Sanyou Electronics Co., Ltd.
