Chengdu Academy of Educational Sciences is a county-level institution directly under Chengdu Education Bureau, which is mainly engaged in the research, management and guidance of preschool education, primary and secondary education, vocational education and adult education, special education and mental health education in Chengdu. First, recruit major and direction

In 20 12, the postdoctoral innovation practice base of our college mainly carried out research work around educational information technology, balanced development of urban and rural education, quality education, regional education development, teacher education, education internationalization, etc., and recruited doctoral graduates from pedagogy, psychology, management, computer science and technology and other related majors to engage in research work. Relevant educational practice experience is preferred.

Second, the basic conditions

1. Generally under 40 years old and in good health;

2. Have a doctorate in related fields;

3. Have independent scientific research ability and strong innovation ability;

4. Have certain work experience and be able to do full-time postdoctoral research;

5. Have good professional quality and ideology.

Three. Submission of materials

1. Post-doctoral application form of Chengdu Academy of Educational Sciences (see attachment1);

2. Resume and self-recommendation materials;

3. Letters of recommendation from two experts in this discipline or related disciplines. Doctors studying abroad and foreign doctors applying for postdoctoral positions in China must provide a letter of recommendation from at least one foreign tutor or person in charge of scientific research projects (in triplicate);

4. The political opinions of the training unit (in triplicate);

5. The original work unit agrees with the post-doctoral and post-exit opinions (entrusted, directed, submitted by on-the-job and military doctoral students) to be stamped with the official seal of the personnel department of the original unit (in triplicate);

6. Copies of doctoral degree certificate, graduation certificate, ID card, marriage certificate (submitted by married applicants) and one-child certificate (submitted by applicants with children) (in triplicate);

7. Physical examination form issued by local municipal and above hospitals (valid for half a year from the date of submission of materials);

8. Doctoral thesis and two representative works.

Fourth, treatment.

1. During the post-doctoral work in the base (excluding extension), the salary and welfare benefits shall not be lower than those of the doctoral staff who entered the unit in the same period.

2. Provide independent offices and corresponding modern office and research facilities.

3. Provide complete sets of housing for temporary independent living.

4. The base shall, in accordance with the national policies and regulations on postdoctoral management and the wishes of postdoctoral personnel, assist in handling settlement procedures, temporary work of spouses, enrollment and nursery of children and other related matters.
