First, the guiding ideology of the examination

The civil service recruitment examination is mainly to test the basic theory and knowledge that candidates should have in the work of party and government organs, especially the ability to analyze and solve practical problems by using theoretical knowledge.

Second, the examination subject setting

(1) This course mainly tests candidates' mastery of the basic theories that should be possessed in the work of party and government organs, especially their potential to analyze and solve problems by using theoretical knowledge.

1, common sense judgment. It mainly tests the ability of candidates to use relevant knowledge. Mainly including politics, economy, law, management, humanities, society, science and technology. Each question lists several answers (single choice and indefinite choice) around common sense questions, and requires candidates to choose the correct answer.

2. Speech comprehension and expression. It mainly examines the examinee's correct understanding, comprehensive analysis, application and expression ability of language and characters. Including screening main information and important details according to given materials; In the case of many interference factors, you can correctly understand the exact meaning of the specified words and sentences in the material; Judge whether the newly organized sentences are consistent with the original intention of the reading materials; Reasonably infer the implied information in the reading material according to the context; Judge the author's attitude, intention, inclination and purpose. Test questions generally contain a paragraph or a sentence, which requires candidates to choose words accurately and choose answers that meet the requirements.

3. Judgment and reasoning. It mainly examines the logical reasoning and judgment ability of candidates. The test items mainly include graphic reasoning, definition judgment, analogical reasoning and logical judgment. (1) pattern reasoning. Give one or two sets of figures for each question, and ask candidates to choose the most regular one from the alternative answers to make it appear in a pattern arrangement. (2) Define judgment. First, give each question a correct and unquestionable definition, and then list four situations respectively, requiring candidates to choose answers that meet or do not meet the definition in strict accordance with the definition. (3) Analogical reasoning. Give a pair of related words to each question, and ask candidates to find a pair of words with the closest or similar logical relationship from the alternative answers. (4) Mechanical reasoning. Each question gives some answers around some problems in daily life, and requires candidates to use their understanding and judgment ability of physical phenomena and mechanical movements such as the spatial relationship of objects and the basic laws of object movement to choose a correct answer from the alternative answers. (5) logical judgment. Give a hypothetical statement for each question and ask candidates to choose the most appropriate answer according to this statement.

4. Quantitative relationship. It mainly examines the examinee's ability to understand, calculate and judge the quantitative relationship. There are two kinds of test questions: numerical reasoning and mathematical operation. (1) numerical reasoning. If each question is given a series, and one of them is missing, candidates are required to carefully observe the relationship between the numbers in this series, and choose the most appropriate and reasonable answer from the four alternative answers to fill in the blanks, so as to make it conform to the arrangement law of the original series. (2) Mathematical operation. If each question is given an arithmetic formula or a paragraph expressing the quantitative relationship, candidates are required to accurately calculate the results and answers.

5. Data analysis. This paper mainly examines the ability of candidates to comprehensively analyze, reason and process data and statistical data in three forms: text, graphics and tables. Each question has 1-5 questions corresponding to one data. Candidates are required to analyze, compare and calculate according to the information provided by the data, and choose the answer that meets the meaning of the question from the four alternative answers.

Fourth, the application subject examination

(1) This course mainly tests the candidates' ability to analyze, summarize, refine and process given materials, read and understand, comprehensively analyze, put forward and solve practical problems and express words.

(2) The application materials usually involve one or several specific social problems or social phenomena. Candidates are required to accurately understand the main contents reflected in the material, comprehensively analyze all aspects involved in the problem, form and put forward their own opinions, ideas or solutions on the basis of grasping the theme and spirit of the material, and express them accurately and smoothly in written form.

(3) The examination paper structure of this subject mainly includes three parts:

1, put forward matters needing attention and give guidance to candidates' answers;

2. Given a set of materials, the application materials usually involve one or several specific social problems or social phenomena;

3. Put forward application requirements, that is, ask candidates to complete some questions on the basis of reading and understanding the given materials.
