Basic information of Xuzhou Suning Plaza

Xuzhou Suning Plaza was designed by Kaida Global Architectural Design Consulting Co., Ltd., a top international architectural design company. The design scheme takes Xiangyun as the concept, which is innovative, novel and ultra-modern. The building main body and podium adopt streamlined design, which is integrated in one go. At the same time, it will be seamlessly connected with the subway, and it is bound to become a landmark large-scale art building in the city center after completion. Tower A of this project has 61 floors, with a building height of 266 meters. The four sub-towers (C, D and E) are all 3 floors (99.6 meters) and Tower B has 29 floors (99.6 meters). The project started construction in March, 21, integrating commercial shopping center, super five-star hotel, Grade A office building, large-scale electrical flagship store and high-grade SOHO office. After completion, it will become the largest urban complex with the highest building, the most complete format and the highest grade in downtown Xuzhou, and it will also be a veritable urban landmark building.
