(3) If you enter the household before March 3, 2022, and obtain the property right certificate of affordable housing (the property owner is the parents or children themselves) or the lease certificate of low-rent housing (the lessee is the parents or children themselves), you will enter the park according to the house address.

(4) Special children with mental or hearing impairment who meet one of the conditions of 1, 2 and 3 can apply for special education classes in Ai Xin Kindergarten or Shangnan Sancun Kindergarten.

(5) Children with Shanghai residence permit, whose parents or one of their parents hold residence permit, work certificate and residence certificate of children of the same age valid for 1 year or above, go to a nearby kindergarten to fill in the registration form, and the education department will make overall arrangements according to the enrollment situation of kindergartens.
