I. Specific recruitment positions and responsibilities

1, moderator (4-6)

Job responsibilities:

Responsible for hosting frequency radio programs and related editing and editing work.

Job requirements:

(1) loves radio program hosting, has strong news sensitivity and high political quality, and can fully understand the program concept of City Voice;

(2) Full-time bachelor degree or above, with a first-class certificate in Mandarin, more than two years of broadcasting work experience, and under 40 years of age;

(3) The comprehensive business ability of program editing and broadcasting is strong, with solid writing skills, keen insight and strong learning ability;

(4) Have strong program planning ability, and be able to independently design and plan program plans and implement them;

(5) Have basic broadcasting skills such as using audio production system, strong sense of responsibility, earnest and meticulous, calm and organized, and strong teamwork ability.

2. Editors (2-3)

Job responsibilities:

Responsible for editing and editing frequency news information.

Job requirements:

(1) Love radio editing, strong news sensitivity and high political quality;

(2) Full-time bachelor degree or above, under the age of 35, with more than two years of news editing experience, in good health and able to adapt to high-intensity work pressure;

(3) Have the ability to interpret and comment on social hot news, fully understand the program concept of Voice of the City, have strong news sensitivity and news editing ability, have good news writing ability, and have the ability of news planning and assembly;

(4) Master basic broadcasting skills such as broadcasting audio production system, have a good level of Mandarin, and be able to broadcast news smoothly on the spot;

(5) Strong sense of responsibility, down-to-earth and meticulous style, good psychological quality, strong adaptability and teamwork ability.

3. Brand Packaging Promoters (1-2)

Job responsibilities:

Responsible for the promotion of frequency brand image, organize and plan all kinds of promotion activities held by frequency, and maintain and operate the voice of the city broadcasting workstation.

Job requirements:

(1) loves broadcasting and has high political quality;

(2) Full-time bachelor degree or above, under 35 years old, in good health and able to adapt to high-intensity work pressure;

(3) Have the basic professional qualities required by job responsibilities and be good at frequency brand packaging;

(4) Strong activity planning and scheme writing skills, and strong communication and cooperation skills;

(5) More than two years of marketing experience (broadcasting experience is preferred);

(6) Strong sense of responsibility, down-to-earth and meticulous style, good psychological quality, strong adaptability and teamwork ability.

Second, the mode of employment

Implement labor dispatch mode. The personnel relationship of the employed personnel belongs to Beijing Radio and Television Human Resources Management Service Center, signs labor contracts with the employed personnel, handles employment procedures for the employed personnel, and pays social insurance and housing accumulation fund. The successful candidates will be sent to China National Radio Station City Voice.
