Training process:

1. Rotation internships before graduation. The internship department involves the whole process of the company, such as: office/financial accounting department, agency/auto dealer business department, interactive /Agricultural insurance business department, non-auto insurance/heavy passenger team, claims sub-center, business processing center, district and county branches of four-level institutions, etc.; the purpose is for employees to learn and understand the company's entire process and lay the foundation for future work.

2. During each department's rotation, they will learn "hand-in-hand" from outstanding employees in that position. During the internship, relevant professional knowledge training and practical training will be provided;

3. At the end of the internship period, relevant job assessments will be conducted, and based on the assessment results, it will be determined whether the tripartite agreement is signed;

4. The tripartite agreement is signed;

5. The formal labor contract is signed;

6. Purchase five insurances and one fund at the beginning of the probation period, and the internship period can be deducted from the probation period.
