If it's the former, it's definitely necessary, but you don't need to stand at any time. Generally, it's a problem that ordinary shop assistants can't solve. For example, if you haven't eaten anything, you have to recommend antihypertensive drugs. For example, if you diagnose some simple diseases (especially dermatology), you can tell your customers about it in combination with your own business level and experience, so that customers can convince them to buy a drug. If it is the latter, it depends on the situation of each store. Basically, there is no such thing. Drugstores all look at the overall profit and will not be very specific to a drug unless it is urged to sell in the near term or an underwriting agreement is signed with the manufacturer.

As for the treatment, in fact, it mainly depends on the situation of the store you are in. If you operate well, your salary will be high, but if you operate poorly, your salary will be low. All of them belong to the same chain, and the treatment of licensed pharmacists is also three or six or nine. I believe this is the same in all parts of the country, but there is a wide range in all places. For example, in my place, no matter which chain, the salary of licensed pharmacists ranges from 2, to 4,, with a little commission, but not much. You may think this.
