(1) virtual prototype laboratory

Development goal: The laboratory aims at the application of virtual reality and virtual prototype technology in automation engineering, robots and intelligent instruments and meters, and carries out basic, innovative and forward-looking research on the design and manufacture of advanced equipment. Taking mechanical design, finite element analysis, kinematics, dynamics and simulation optimization as the core, the design and analysis of product parts are integrated by using mature computer graphics technology, and the digital model of mechanical system is established, thus providing a research platform based on computer virtual reality for product design, research and optimization. Our laboratory is committed to providing high-end product R&D platforms for many small and medium-sized enterprises in Changzhou, and creating conditions and technical support for undertaking high-end product R&D and related projects in Jiangsu and even the whole country.

Talent Team: At present, the laboratory has a staff of 15 people, including 5 doctors and 8 masters, forming a high-level R&D team with high academic qualifications and high quality, and establishing an efficient, capable and willing research and management team.

Experimental equipment: force feedback device, 1 set of dual-channel three-dimensional display system, six-degree-of-freedom position tracker, 1 set of data gloves, 1 set of UG, Pro/e, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Adams, ANSYS and Matlab software.

Undertaking projects: design of tailing powder compaction production line, research on key technologies of industrialization of high-precision linear refrigeration eddy current sensor, research and development of muscle strength evaluation and training system, research and development of multifunctional lawn mower test platform, etc. , special production line for chassis welding of carriage, environment-friendly kitchen waste feed processor, design of automatic turnover manipulator for large steel members, fruit-holding conversion device of apple grader, four-degree-of-freedom flexible fetching manipulator, multifunctional traction bed, large-volume square plasma sterilizer, double glow discharge plasma metal surface processor, etc.

(2) Intelligent automation laboratory

Development goal: The laboratory aims at developing automatic detection and control technology in industrial and special environment, and devotes itself to the research of new sensing and detection technology, intelligent information real-time processing technology, automatic control theory and technology, computer digital simulation technology, etc. The laboratory helps enterprises to integrate and transform the industrial automation production line system, develop new intelligent instruments and meters, and provide electromagnetic compatibility testing services. Adopt new technologies and methods to improve the technical level of traditional manufacturing industry in the Yangtze River Delta region and promote the development of advanced equipment industry.

Talent Team: At present, there are 0/3 employees in the laboratory, with automation engineering experts from Hefei Institute of Material Science of Chinese Academy of Sciences as academic leaders and senior engineers, doctors, masters and undergraduates as technical backbones, and an efficient, capable, diligent and innovative R&D team has been established.

Experimental equipment: SG-50 10B lightning surge generator 1, EFT-4002 group pulse generator 1, E4405B spectrum analyzer 1, MSO6054A oscilloscope 1 and 33250A functions have been configured in the laboratory successively. GMD4004A four-axis motion control development platform 1 set, GDM/JB high-low temperature damp-heat alternating experimental box 1 set and other ***25 sets of advanced automatic test instruments and equipment.

Undertaking projects: industrialization project of high-precision metal separator, development of new intelligent numerical control warp knitting machine, development of intelligent high-frequency surgical instrument, machine vision quality inspection and sorting system, intelligent weft density meter project, automobile oil level Hall sensor project, research on wireless sensor network nodes for monitoring frozen soil area of Qinghai-Tibet Railway, digital level project, highway paver controller project, solar intelligent tracker and other projects.

(3) Robot System Laboratory

Development goal: The laboratory focuses on the development of robot application technology in industrial production line, and devotes itself to the research, development and application of robot and its automation unit technology, integration technology, related supporting technologies, systems and equipment. The research results are applied to industrial automatic welding, packaging, palletizing, material taking and other industries to meet the needs of the rapidly developing equipment manufacturing industry, promote the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries, enhance the competitiveness of national industries, and promote the development of robot application industry in the Yangtze River Delta region.

Talent Team: At present, there are 12 developers in the laboratory. By introducing robot research experts from Hefei Institute of Material Science of Chinese Academy of Sciences as academic leaders and doctors, masters and undergraduates as technical backbones, a reasonable talent echelon has been formed and an efficient, capable and diligent research and management team has been established.

Experimental equipment: OPTOTRAK? CERTUSTM three-dimensional dynamic displacement measurement system, two ABB articulated 6-DOF robots, NI company's 1 machine vision system, two underactuated robot claws, 1 multi-dimensional force robot detection platform, 1 navigation robot experimental platform.

Undertaking projects: force measuring robot, wearable intelligent robot for helping the disabled and the elderly, ITER thermonuclear fusion reactor robot carrier of large-scale international cooperation project, guiding robot, packaging and palletizing robot, industrial fetching flexible manipulator based on embedded system, underactuated gripper of heavy humanoid multipurpose robot, amoeba robot based on skin movement, and multi-station palletizing robot.

(4) Precision Machining and Testing Laboratory

Development goal: The laboratory aims at developing the theory, technology and methods of precision machining and testing, and devotes itself to the research of new machining methods, the development of high-precision fixtures, the design and manufacture of high-precision molds and the processing of high-precision core components, and carries out key research on the manufacturing and testing of robots and intelligent equipment. Adopt new technologies and methods to upgrade the technical level of traditional manufacturing industry and promote the development of advanced equipment industry in the Yangtze River Delta region.

Talent Team: At present, the laboratory has a total of staff 15, including 3 people with master's degree or above and 2 technicians. Employees have rich experience in precision machining and testing, and have established an efficient, capable and willing precision machining and testing team.

Experimental equipment: The laboratory has Swiss DIXI JIG700 precision coordinate boring machine, Swiss Studer S40 universal internal and external grinder, Swiss MIKRON HSM600U five-axis high-speed machining center, German BLOHM PLANOMAT HP 6 12 precision surface forming grinder, and American Hardinger R 8/51precision turning center. (4) Automotive Safety and Intelligence Laboratory

Development goal: Based on intelligent detection, control technology and virtual prototype technology, with the active and passive safety technology of automobiles as the breakthrough point, research and break through the key technologies of automobile electronics and the methods and principles of intelligent safety behavior verification of smart cars, devote ourselves to the research of frontier fields and practical application technologies such as optimal design, testing, simulation and evaluation of safe driving assistance products of smart cars, build a public technology platform for the design, development and verification of automobile electronic products, and make contributions to the development of automobile electronics industry in China.

Talent Team: At present, there are researchers 19 in the laboratory, including 4 doctors and 6 masters. With outstanding academicians and researchers as academic leaders and senior engineers, doctors and masters as technical backbones, the laboratory has established a high-quality R&D team with strong innovation ability, high efficiency, lean and willing to study.

Experimental equipment: 1 intelligent vehicle test platform, 1 Novatel high-precision GPS/INS, 5 sets of lidar sensors, 1 HP Xw8600 graphic workstation, 1 SV-3080 signal generator, 1 GDS-2000.

(5) Hardware in the loop simulation verification laboratory

Development goal: integrate hardware-in-the-loop simulation technology, visual simulation technology, virtual prototype technology, information collection technology, communication technology, control technology and computer technology, build a smart car testing and verification system, and build the laboratory into a public platform for automotive dynamics simulation, intelligent behavior verification and other technologies, making contributions to the development of automotive testing technology and smart cars in China. The main research directions of our laboratory are intelligent vehicle overall scheme design, virtual prototype design, vehicle dynamic behavior simulation and multi-function verification, environmental modeling and hardware simulation system, vehicle and road sensor system, drive unit technology and so on. It can not only verify the driving safety performance of intelligent vehicles, but also provide a good verification platform for various functions of automobiles, such as automatic driving.
