In order to further strengthen the township (street) labor security supervision, it is planned to recruit a number of labor security supervision squadron staff to engage in labor security supervision full-time. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

I. Job responsibilities and job requirements

To publicize the laws, regulations and rules of labor security, and urge the employing units to implement them; Check the employer's compliance with labor security laws, regulations and rules; Accepting reports and complaints about violations of labor security laws, regulations and rules; Correcting and investigating violations of labor security laws, regulations and rules according to law; Responsible for the labor inspection on duty and night shift on weekends and legal holidays; Participate in handling sudden and group labor disputes.

Second, the recruitment position and number of people

The whole district plans to recruit 5 people, including Beishan Street Labor Security Supervision Squadron 1 person, Jiangcun Street Labor Security Supervision Squadron 1 person, Zhuantang Street Labor Security Supervision Squadron 1 person and Sandun Town Labor Security Supervision Squadron 2 people.

Third, the recruitment target and conditions

1, with permanent residence in Hangzhou (including Xiaoshan and Yuhang);

2. Under the age of 35 (1born on or after September 9, 979);

3. Have a nationally recognized college degree or above, regardless of major;

4. Two years or above working experience;

5. Good health;

Fourth, registration related matters

2. After the results are announced, the candidates for the interview will be determined according to the ratio of the written test scores from high to low 1: 3, and the candidates for the interview will be retested, and then the interview notice will be issued (the qualification examination of applicants runs through the whole process of open recruitment). Candidates who do not meet the requirements will be disqualified as soon as they are found. Candidates who fail to pass the qualification review will be disqualified from the interview. Among those who apply for the same position, the interview candidates will be replenished according to the written test scores from high to low. The interview time, place and requirements will be notified separately. The total interview score is 100, and the qualified interview score is 60 points. Those who fail the interview cannot be included in the physical examination and assessment, and the interview results will be announced on the spot. Those who fail to receive the interview notice within the specified time or confirm to give up the interview qualification before the day before the interview 12 will give up in turn. Those who give up the interview qualification after this time or fail to attend the interview at the notified time and place will be regarded as giving up and will not give up again.

Six, physical examination and assessment

Physical examination and assessment objects are sorted according to their comprehensive scores from high to low, and determined according to the proportion of recruitment positions 1: 1. When the comprehensive scores are the same, the one with the highest written test scores will be the first, and the time will be notified separately.

In the physical examination and assessment, if there are any of the following situations, they can be replenished in turn: 1, and the physical examination or assessment is unqualified; 2, physical examination, physical examination stage confirmed to give up.

Seven. Publicity and employment

Those who pass the examination will be publicized on Xihu District Talent Network (www.xhrc.net) for 7 days. If there is no objection at the expiration of the publicity period, a labor contract shall be signed and a probation period shall be implemented. If the probation period fails to pass the examination, the labor contract shall be terminated.
