Written Test

Huawei's written test is a paper test paper issued. There are two questions on the first page, one is translated from English into Chinese, and the other is translated from Chinese into English. Contract text, what should you pay attention to in a contract?

Interview

Finally, there is the question-and-answer session of the interviewer, who will ask you about your evaluation of your team members and your evaluation of yourself.

The second round is one-sided and will include an English interview and a professional interview. English is mainly about self-introduction and simple daily conversations in English. What do you say about Huawei's main business in English? What is your family background?

The professional question involves international law. What should I pay attention to if I trade from the UK? How to deal with disputes? The interviewer will be very patient and will constantly ask new questions based on what you say.

The third round is the boss interview. I heard from my classmates that it is an interview about your family background and resume to see if you are suitable.
