Does Bei 'an belong to the Great Northern Wilderness?

It does not belong to the Great Northern Wilderness. Although Bei 'an City is located in the northeast of Heilongjiang Province in China, it is actually not under the jurisdiction of Beidahuang Group. Beidahuang Group mainly refers to some agricultural counties in the north, northwest, northeast and southeast of Heilongjiang Province, such as Helen City, Muling City, Suihua City, Zhaodong City, Keshan County, Kedong County and Baiquan County. Beidahuang Group actively invests in agriculture and develops industries such as grain, oilseeds, planting, animal husbandry, aquatic products, food and industry. Although Bei 'an is located in the northeast of Heilongjiang Province, it is not within the management scope of Beidahuang Group.
