Secret service registration requirements

Personnel applying for the secret service department shall meet the following conditions in addition to the basic conditions for recruiting civil servants and people's police:

(1) Political conditions. Party member, a member of the Communist Youth League of China, has a firm political stance, is absolutely loyal to the Party, firmly supports China's leadership and socialist system, and loves public security. Participate in organizational life in strict accordance with relevant regulations and fulfill relevant obligations. When applying for the exam, you must provide the party member Payment Manual or membership card and the payment of tour fees. The political outlook should exist before the end of 20 19 and 10.

I, family members and major social relations are not subject to disciplinary action or criminal responsibility. Family members refer to my spouse, parents (guardians, immediate dependents), children, unmarried brothers and sisters; The main social relations refer to married brothers and sisters, grandparents, grandparents and parents' brothers and sisters.

(2) Education and age requirements. Full-time undergraduate and master graduates in 2020 should apply for the exam with the highest academic qualifications to be obtained soon, and generally should obtain relevant academic qualifications and degrees before the end of July 2020. Applicants for the second degree must apply for this major.

Undergraduate and master graduates are under the age of 24 and 29 respectively (as of August 3 1 of graduation year). Graduates who have served in active service can be appropriately relaxed to 2 years old.

(3) Physical and psychological conditions. Must be physically and mentally healthy. Organize physical examination, physical fitness evaluation and psychological quality evaluation according to regulations. The physical examination standards shall be implemented with reference to the relevant provisions on employing the people's police and the former public security guards to receive students from local colleges and universities, including:

(1) Height standard, duty post, boys should not be less than 1.80m and not more than 1.90m, girls should not be less than 1.70m and not more than 1.80m ... Non-duty post, boys should not be less than/kloc-.

(4) foreign language conditions. For non-foreign language majors, undergraduate students are required to have a CET-4 score of 425 or above, and graduate students are required to have a CET-6 score of 425 or above, and be proficient in oral dialogue. Foreign language majors should reach CET-8 or above and be able to interpret and translate according to post requirements. Those with sports expertise such as martial arts, fighting, shooting and sports training are preferred. Or reach the level of athletes stipulated by the state.

(5) Other conditions. Master students are required to be unmarried or below. Other unspecified circumstances shall be subject to the original standard of public security guards.

(6) it is not allowed to apply for the exam. The children of on-the-job cadres of the Provincial Secrecy Bureau (including the Municipal Secrecy Bureau) shall not apply for the Provincial Secrecy Bureau. Those who have husband-and-wife relationship, lineal consanguinity, collateral consanguinity within three generations and close in-laws with on-the-job cadres of the provincial secret service shall not apply for the provincial secret service. Parents, spouses or children have emigrated, children, siblings and other immediate family members have married foreigners, and candidates who have studied abroad for more than 6 months are not allowed to apply.

(7) probation period and working years. Comply with the relevant provisions of the recruitment of civil servants and the people's police.

Recruitment procedure

(1) Demonstration and visual screening in school. Clarify the recruitment conditions, job nature, rank treatment and other matters to candidates at school (it is strictly forbidden to publish and disseminate recruitment announcements on the Internet or other media).

On-site registration organizations conduct visual inspection on the relevant standard conditions, and recruiters can only recommend registration by the school after passing the visual inspection (visual inspection: according to the application conditions of the secret service department, the height and image of graduates who are willing to apply for the examination are visually inspected, and only through visual inspection can the registration recommendation form be filled in and enter the registration procedure).

(2) qualification examination. The staff will examine the candidates' qualifications, notify the test results within 2 days and confirm the registration.
