1, production management

3. Staged production, transportation and placement.

1 Be responsible for tracking the production progress in the process of subsection construction.

2. Responsible for the coordination of production technology, process and quality of subdivisional work;

3. Be responsible for decomposing the segmented transportation plan, organizing and coordinating the segmented arrangement, and ensuring the ship construction progress;

4. Precise control

1 Organize and coordinate relevant departments to implement precision shipbuilding according to the precision shipbuilding management system;

2. Supervise the precision management and control of the company's products;

3 responsible for the acceptance of products manufactured in sections;

4. Be responsible for the accuracy measurement and positioning of sectional assembly and large-scale closure;

5. Equipment management

1 Responsible for the demand declaration and configuration of production equipment in the hull area, and the work account records of equipment use and maintenance;

2. Arrange and use the equipment reasonably, and coordinate the installation and debugging of the supporting equipment of the equipment department;

3. Responsible for reporting the training needs of equipment operators;

4. Responsible for the daily maintenance of ancillary equipment, report and coordinate to solve the equipment use problems encountered in the production process.

6. Safety management

1 according to the safety production measures, ensure to achieve the annual safety production target of shipbuilding;

2 Strengthen the supervision and management of on-site safety production, cooperate with the safety department to do a good job in the investigation and rectification of various safety hazards, and implement the safety rectification opinions and suggestions of the safety department;

3. Comply with the requirements of various safety regulations of the safety department and declare dangerous operations such as hot work as required;

4. Do a good job in the smooth flow of all channels and the 5S work of clean and standardized production environment;

5. Improve safety awareness and participate in organizing and training safety operation skills.

7. Cost management

1 Strengthen cost awareness and implement various cost reduction measures of the company;

2. Reduce energy consumption and material consumption, strengthen the recycling of waste materials and other measures to reduce costs and increase efficiency;

3. Statistics of monthly working hours and equipment working hours, materials and energy consumption, and provide original data to professional departments;

8, labor management

1 Responsible for the settlement of work expenses of the construction team;

2. Arrange the construction plan of the construction team and allocate the construction tasks reasonably;

3 according to the needs of production, reasonably equipped with construction team personnel;

Improve the comprehensive management ability of the construction team, and regularly evaluate and examine the work indicators of the construction team.
