The exam opening ratio is 3:1. (2) Written examination
The written examination is organized by Yizheng City in a closed-book manner and scored using a hundred-point system. Please see the admission ticket for the specific written test time, location and relevant requirements.
(3) Interview
After the written test, the passing score line for the written test will be determined. For those who pass the written test score line and above, the proportion will be three times the planned number of each recruitment position (those who are less than this proportion will be The actual number shall prevail), and the candidates for the interview will be determined from high scores to low scores (including those with the same score).
The interviews are organized uniformly by Yizheng City and conducted in the form of structured interviews. The scores are scored using a hundred-point system, and the passing score is 60 points. Those whose interview score is less than 60 points will not be allowed to enter the physical examination. The interview time and location will be notified later.

(4) Physical examination
The written test score accounts for 40% and the interview score accounts for 60%, and a hundred-point system is used to calculate the composite score.
According to the total test scores of the shortlisted candidates, the candidates for the physical examination will be determined from high scores to low scores in a ratio of 1:1 according to the planned number of recruitment positions. If the total test scores of the candidates for the same position are the same, the interview scores will be determined from high to low to determine the candidates for the physical examination; if the interview scores are still the same, an additional interview will be added and the candidates for the physical examination will be determined from high to low.
The physical examination standards shall be implemented with reference to the general physical examination standards for civil servant recruitment.
(5) Inspection and Publicity
The inspection of qualified personnel shall be conducted in accordance with the relevant inspection (political review) regulations for civil servant recruitment, and shall be organized and implemented by an inspection team established by Zaolin Bay Tourist Resort. For those who pass the inspection, the list of personnel to be hired for each recruitment position will be published on the Zaolin Bay Tourism Resort website for a period of 5 working days and will be subject to supervision by the society and applicants.
When there are vacancies in the plan due to reasons such as physical examination, inspection, publicity, etc. due to applicants not meeting the requirements, voluntarily giving up, etc., the candidates who have been shortlisted for the position will be filled in order from the highest score to the lowest.
(6) Employment and benefits
If the publicity period expires and meets the employment conditions, the employment procedures will be completed. If a person who is approved to be hired has signed a labor contract (employment agreement) or has other personnel and labor relations with the relevant unit, he or she shall be responsible for handling the matter in accordance with relevant regulations before formal employment. Those who report serious problems and have substantive evidence and do not meet the employment conditions will not be hired. Those who give up their employment qualifications after completing the employment procedures will not be replaced.
The probation period for hired personnel is 6 months. Those who pass the assessment at the end of the probationary period will be formally employed with a service period of no less than 3 years; those who fail the assessment will be disqualified from formal employment and seek self-employment. During the probation period, the salary shall be no less than the minimum wage standard for urban employees in Yizheng City. The salary after formal employment shall be based on the salary of similar personnel in the resort
