Prosecutor's assistant refers to a full-time prosecutor's assistant who works in the procuratorate and is responsible for assisting prosecutors to perform their duties and handle cases.

2. Post qualification and selection method: The procuratorial auxiliary personnel are required to have corresponding administrative or secretarial professional background and enter the post of procuratorial auxiliary personnel through open recruitment or internal selection. Assistant prosecutors are required to have a legal background. After passing the judicial examination, they will participate in the recruitment examination and selection procedures of the procuratorate and become assistant prosecutors.
