Twenty years passed quickly. Over the past year, under the guidance of the leaders of the Street Party Working Committee and the office, and with the strong support of all the residents of the community, party member, the person in charge of the wall gate and the units under its jurisdiction, the relevant tasks of our community have been successfully completed this year, and certain achievements have been made in community construction. 1. Strengthen theoretical study and constantly improve the level of political theory and ideological and moral quality. I humbly learn from the old comrades around me, how to be a man and how to correctly handle various contradictions. How to have a good relationship with residents in the jurisdiction? In order to better publicize the party's line, principles, policies and relevant laws and regulations of the state, I seriously participated in various studies and trainings organized by higher authorities; I have carefully studied some relevant legal knowledge, and in my spare time, I have studied books on community management, how to carry out community cultural activities, how to do a good job in community mediation, and how to carry out community activities for the elderly. At the same time, under the organization of the community party committee, I systematically studied the relevant theories of Scientific Outlook on Development and striving for Excellence, which inspired my sense of responsibility and enterprising spirit and kept moving towards new goals.

In my work, I take care of the overall situation, regardless of personal gains and losses, sincerely serve the residents, always set strict demands on myself with high standards, constantly improve and update myself ideologically and professionally, so that I can truly establish a scientific outlook on development and a solid outlook on the masses and do my duty for the further development of community construction. As a community director, I deeply realize that only by constantly improving the participation enthusiasm of units and residents in the jurisdiction, letting more people know about the community and supporting community construction, can we enhance the vitality of community construction. Therefore, in my work, I often go deep into the residents to understand their ideas, wishes and requirements for community construction, listen to their opinions and suggestions, think about what the residents think, worry about their urgent needs, and integrate myself into the residents. Over the past year, I have visited or contacted disabled families, some families with difficulties and low-income families in the community from time to time to understand their living conditions and ideological trends, try my best to help them, and find employment opportunities and information for unemployed people in the community through various channels. Every holiday, I will take things to visit the homes of vulnerable groups in the community. And hold group birthday activities and corresponding health talks for enterprise retirees.

Second, strengthen management, constantly improve their working ability, strengthen management at work, formulate a relatively complete system, and implement system management; In the division of labor, people give full play to their talents and advantages, which provides a guarantee for the normal development of community work. In daily life, deal with and coordinate all kinds of relationships in time, so that the division of labor is not separated. This year, together with all of you, I completed the sixth national census seriously and responsibly. This census is the biggest and most difficult one. Before the official census began, we jointly conducted a population survey in the community to understand the situation of each family in the community. Because our community is located in the urban-rural fringe, the rural population and the urban population coexist, there are many migrant workers, and there are many collective households and enterprises, which increases the difficulty of our work, but everyone has not bowed their heads in the face of difficulties and voluntarily gave up free time such as weekends.

Finally, the population survey of more than 2,000 households was completed within the specified time. In the next census, together with other residents in the community, I worked hard for many days to complete the census of this community, which drew a satisfactory conclusion for the census of this community. During the census, it also made its own contribution to the creation of the national civilized city "three consecutive championships", guarding traffic, maintaining order and cleaning up the dead corner of community health. In April, the civilization inspection team came to the community to conduct household surveys and make corresponding work arrangements. Combined with the requirements of superiors and the situation of their own community, a set of feasible schemes was formulated and implemented, and certain results were achieved. We have tried our best to do our job well and contribute to the creation of a civilized city. I keep learning and accumulating in practice, so that I have rich work experience, can calmly deal with various problems in daily work, and have greatly improved my organizational management ability, comprehensive analysis ability and coordination ability.

Third, improve the cultural taste, so as to further prosperity of the community culture and build a harmonious community. I organized and planned a series of healthy, beneficial and colorful mass cultural activities, such as various cultural activities and fun games. For example, "Love the army and the people, support the army, and unite the army and the people as one family", visit overseas Chinese families, "Love migrant workers" Spring Festival condolence activities, welcome the Lantern Festival with glutinous rice balls, learn from Lei Feng, spread the hope of * * * growth, dress up their homes to welcome the World Expo, celebrate the Qingming Folk Festival, and welcome the World Expo with Chinese and foreign residents. The rainbow of life walks with you, and the Dragon Boat Festival lasts for a long time, * * * tastes zongzi fragrance, and the mother literacy project-to be a happy and confident mother, to carry out a series of activities such as "lectures on safety and self-care, survival and self-help" and the launching ceremony of the summer activity "Boys and girls grow up", which promotes community harmony.

I love my job, work hard and make continuous progress. Over the past year, I have been able to treat all work tasks with a correct attitude, love my job, always try my best to solve problems encountered in my work, always work hard, do my duty, care for the disadvantaged groups, and solve problems for those in need. On the eve of the Spring Festival, we organized a condolence activity for poor households and laid-off workers, and distributed 90 condolences and daily necessities such as cooking oil and rice. Do a good job in community family planning services, provide reproductive health services for the broad masses of people of childbearing age, regularly carry out surveys and diagnoses of floating population, do everything possible to play the role of family marriage and childbearing guidance stations, and conscientiously and comprehensively do a good job in community conscription and dispute mediation. At the same time, this year happens to be the change of community neighborhood committees. I worked hard with everyone and successfully completed this work, which was unanimously recognized by everyone. In addition, I attended the training for district principals from September 27th to 29th. During the training, I study hard, take notes diligently, think and understand, try to do better and work hard so as to perform my duties better in the future.

Over the past year, although I have encountered all kinds of difficulties and troubles in my work and suffered a lot of grievances, I have also tasted the sweetness from my own efforts, enjoyed the joy of success, found my own life ideal and embodied my own life value. Although I have done some work and made some achievements, which have been recognized by the residents, there is still a certain distance from the requirements of the residents. In the future, I will be strict with myself, do more criticism and self-criticism, do a good job in team unity, and actively complete the tasks assigned by my superiors. 20xx Guangming Community Neighborhood Committee, under the leadership of the community party branch, has always been guided by the spirit of "Theory of Three Represents and the 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the Third and Fourth Plenary Sessions of the Seventeenth Central Committee, persisted in implementing the Scientific Outlook on Development, aimed at building a harmonious community and taking the interests of the masses as the foundation", actively solved problems for community residents, and fully implemented various tasks of the sub-district office. The annual work arrangements are as follows:

First, strengthen the construction of the Party's grass-roots organizations.

At present, there are 268 community branches in party member, of which party member 167, 5 1, and 50 are directly in charge of party member, and 1 comrades are ready to join the Party, and 2 comrades have become party activists. The community party branch adheres to the system of "three sessions and one lesson", democratic life meeting, democratic appraisal of party member and major issues, studies the party building work once every quarter, and holds two meetings of party building liaison officers. The branch also takes the opportunity of studying and practicing scientific development, finds out problems through study and education, and improves the quality of cadres in party member. It strengthened the role of the Party branch as a fighting fortress and played the vanguard and exemplary role of party member.

Combined with the actual work, more than 7 health conferences were organized in the activity of creating a provincial civilized city, which changed the living environment of residents and made contributions to the creation of a civilized city. I expressed my condolences to six needy families, including Jiang Baozhen, and sent them rice, noodles and school supplies. * * * 50 practical difficulties were solved for residents, and more than 30 contradictions were resolved, which reached the overall requirement of "party member cadres being educated, developing scientifically and benefiting the masses".

Second, the service for residents has been further improved. First, labor and social security work. The community is equipped with two specialized labor assistants and two medical insurance assistants, which has strengthened the work of labor and social security. There are 433 laid-off workers in the community. This year, * * * distributed more than 200 leaflets 1200 with more than 40 employment information. Two on-site job fairs were held in Cultural Square and 12 enterprises to help 12 residents get in touch with nanny positions, organize training for 300 laid-off and unemployed people, and provide small loans to 43 people. 577 people applied for urban medical insurance, followed by civil affairs.

This community has always been concerned about the poor. There are 306 low-income households with 688 people in the community. This year, 38 households have applied for low-rent housing subsidies, 126 households have applied for low-rent housing, and 2 1 households have applied for low-rent housing. Before the Spring Festival, I visited seven families and installed hearing AIDS for three deaf people for free. Send condolences such as rice and flour oil and daily necessities, and distribute hardship relief funds to 127 families with 343 people and low-income families. Extensively carry out national defense education and publicity, grasp the information of young people recruited in the community, and ensure that outstanding young people in the community are sent to the army. The third is family planning management services. As of September 30 this year, the resident population of the community was 2,473, with a total population of 65 15, married women of childbearing age 14 and 3 14. Due to the complexity of community residents, it is difficult to enter the household, which brings great difficulties to the management and service of population and family planning. Pay close attention to household publicity and carry out activities such as "lectures on reproductive health care knowledge" to improve the awareness rate of family planning knowledge among women of childbearing age. The floating population, treated as permanent residents, is both managed and served, and is jointly inspected and rectified by the police station.

Fourth, environmental health work. In connection with the establishment of a provincial-level civilized city, the community has held more than 700 health conferences for 100 people, signed more than 2 120 copies of the "four packages in front of the door" responsibility with units, residents and individual industrial and commercial households under its jurisdiction, and distributed more than 9,000 leaflets such as Emergency Manual for Sudden Public Events, Residents' Convention, A Letter to Urban Residents in the County, and Proposal for Establishing a Provincial-level Civilized City. During the prevention and treatment of h 1n 1 disease in a bank, more than 3,000 leaflets were distributed, such as "Six No-Washing Techniques", "Health Knowledge Leaflets" and "Sixty-six China Citizens' Health and Nutrition Knowledge". Through publicity and the creation of a sanitary city, the community environment is clean and tidy, the health quality of residents is improved, and the overall level of civilization is improved.

Third, the comprehensive management of social security has achieved remarkable results.

Guangming Community has 5 full-time security guards and 83 voluntary security guards. Starting from the reality of Guangming community, facing new situations and problems, we actively resolved social contradictions and effectively maintained community stability. We have mainly done the following work:

1, strengthen leadership and strengthen the system. The community has set up a leading group for comprehensive management, maintaining stability, helping and educating the "two jobs" personnel, leading group for "cracking down on evil", leading group for drug control and coordinating committee.

2. Strengthen conflict investigation and mediation. In the whole year, 9 disputes were mediated by community mediation committees, including 6 neighborhood disputes and 23 people visiting, thus avoiding further intensification of contradictions in time.

3. Highlight stability maintenance. Investigate key groups, highlight the management of key groups, and focus on strengthening the work of helping and educating released prisoners. There are 3 community criminals and 3 people in custody. During the period of maintaining stability, the key population will be guaranteed at level 6. Sun Yunying's thought is stubborn and there is no transformation behavior, and the community sends special personnel to take care of it. Community leaders often go to their homes to do ideological work and understand their ideological trends.

4. Strengthen the management and training of group prevention and treatment organizations. The community holds a regular meeting of comprehensive management work every month, and the responsible persons of public security exchange their respective prevention experiences, further publicize and improve the self-prevention awareness of the masses, and mobilize and organize the broad masses of cadres and the masses to actively participate in maintaining social order.

5, increase the publicity of the "Five Five-Year Plan". Throughout the year, the community distributed the leaflet 15600 copies of "Popularizing Law in the Fifth Five-Year Plan" and published 6 issues on the blackboard newspaper.

6. Strengthen emergency investigation. Make an emergency plan so that the work can be recorded. Two unexpected incidents occurred on 20 12.

7. Strengthen the ideological education of teenagers. Community libraries are free for young people. The community guides them away from unhealthy internet and drugs through parent schools, and organizes teenagers to participate in activities to celebrate the 60th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China, such as singing red songs and reading books.

8, pays special attention to the safety work. Do a good job in theft prevention, fire prevention and flood control. 20 12, no fire, no major criminal cases.

Fourth, enrich community culture and build a harmonious community.

In order to build a "harmonious, civilized and safe" community, publicize the Party's principles and policies, and advocate a new trend of civilization, the community has carried out a wealth of publicity and cultural activities. A publicity column on the rule of law was set up in a prominent position in the community, and more than 1 12 legal cartoons and more than 300 legal books on fire control, traffic safety and family planning were posted, which residents can borrow at any time.

More than 500 letters were distributed to foreign temporary residents, and the telephone number of legal service appointment was publicized to residents. On May 29th, more than 200 family planning leaflets were distributed, and on May 20th, more than 400 leaflets on employment regulations for the disabled were distributed. Legal activities were held in the Cultural Square, and more than 300 legal leaflets were distributed. During the summer vacation, more than 30 teenagers were organized to carry out reading activities, including 9 Yangko Association, 3 Gateball Association and 2 Walking Association. In August, he participated in the cultural performance of the Party Committee Square in the urban area, and held the 4th Neighborhood Festival Friendship Association in September, named "Singing Red Songs to Welcome the National Day". At the calligraphy and painting photography exhibition celebrating the 60th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China, Guo Chunyou, a community resident, won the second prize for his photography, which promoted the construction of spiritual civilization and community harmony.

Five, do a good job in women's federations and trade unions.

In order to improve women's quality, 20 laid-off women workers were organized to participate in computer training, 12 women were helped to find nanny jobs, and 15 women participated in tree planting activities to guide and encourage community women to participate in community spiritual civilization construction. The community has always cared about girls. This year, we expressed our condolences to four girls, including Jiang and others, and sent them clothes and school supplies. Take various forms to do a good job in the publicity and education of the Communist Youth League. Participated in the May 1st International Labor Day of the 15th National Congress of the Communist Youth League, organized 30 youths to participate in tree planting activities, and also organized 35 community youths to participate in fire prevention and other safety work organizations.

Actively do a good job in trade union work and organize laid-off workers to study trade union law, labor law and social rights protection law. Seven people participated in 20 days of computer training, 20 people participated in free physical examination, and 20 people enjoyed medical assistance and temporary assistance, totaling more than 5,000 yuan. Sixth, further promote the openness of government affairs.

In order to improve the work efficiency of neighborhood committees, increase transparency, consciously accept the supervision of the masses, adhere to the open system of household affairs, implement the family planning policy in the community, publicize those who have preferential policies for employment and reemployment, make major decisions in the community, and hold elections according to law, so as to make the subsidies for low-income households, low-rent housing and low-rent housing transparent and open.

Seven, the existing problems: First, the community office space is small and the office funds are insufficient, which seriously restricts the development of various activities in the community. Second, the comprehensive quality of community workers can not meet the requirements of rapid community development, which needs to be further improved and strengthened. Third, the community can provide too few services for the units under its jurisdiction, and the construction work of * * * has not been widely carried out.

Time flies, the busy work of a semester is over, and the busy life of the physical education department has also drawn a satisfactory full stop. I have worked in the student union for a long time. I still remember when I joined the Student Union, after marathon selection and hard work, I finally got my wish and worked in the Sports Department of the Student Union. During the semester of working in the sports department, I learned a lot, and I had the opportunity to meet many people, which not only improved my social skills, but also improved my work ability. The recycling in the past six months has made me gain a lot, full of happiness and bitterness. 2. Work discipline is not strong. In the second half of the semester, my work attitude is lazy and not active.
