3.3 Strictly implement the construction specifications, safety operation procedures, fire safety regulations and environmental protection regulations. 3.4 Do a good job in safety, fire fighting and garbage cleaning on the construction site, and bear corresponding expenses.

3.5 Without the consent of Party A or the approval of relevant departments, the original building structure and various equipment and pipelines shall not be dismantled and changed at will during construction.

3.6 During the construction process, be responsible for the finished product protection of aluminum alloy doors and windows on the facade, and take effective measures to ensure that aluminum alloy doors and windows do not pollute the paint. If there is pollution, clean it up in time. If there is any pollution after completion, Party B shall be responsible for all the expenses arising therefrom.

Article 5 Agreement on Project Quality and Acceptance

5. 1 The quality of this project should meet the national standards for building decoration industry. If there is no corresponding national acceptance standard for the quality acceptance of construction projects, the decoration standard of the construction industry shall prevail.

5.2 Party A and Party B shall handle the acceptance formalities of concealed works and intermediate works in time. Party B shall notify Party A of the acceptance 24 hours in advance. If Party A fails to participate in the acceptance of concealed works and intermediate works on time, Party B may accept it by itself, and Party A will approve it. If Party A requests re-inspection, Party B shall re-inspect as required. If the re-inspection is qualified, Party A shall bear the direct costs of product damage and shutdown caused by re-inspection; If Party B fails to notify Party A of the acceptance 24 hours in advance, and carries out the acceptance by itself, Party A will not accept it. Article 6 Agreement on Project Price and Settlement

Article 7 Material Supply Agreement

7. 1 All materials required for the project shall be purchased by Party B. After the paint enters the site, take a small sample for inspection, and the expenses shall be borne by Party B. 。

7.2 If the materials and equipment purchased by Party B do not meet the quality requirements or have different specifications, they shall be prohibited from being used, and Party B shall be responsible for the losses caused to the project.

Article 8 Agreement on Safety in Production and Fire Prevention

8. 1 The construction drawings or descriptions provided by Party B shall comply with the Fire Protection Regulations of People's Republic of China (PRC) and relevant fire protection design specifications.

8.2 During the construction period, Party B shall strictly abide by Technical Regulations for Safety of Construction and Installation Works, Safety Operation Regulations for Construction and Installation Workers, People's Republic of China (PRC) Fire Protection Regulations and other relevant laws and regulations.

8.3 If the drawings or practices confirmed by Party A violate the relevant safety operation regulations, fire prevention regulations and fire prevention design specifications, resulting in safety or fire accidents, Party A shall bear all economic losses arising therefrom.

8.4 Party B shall bear all economic losses caused by safety or fire accidents due to violation of relevant safety operation regulations and fire regulations during construction and production.

Article 9 Disputes and Liability for Breach of Contract

9. 1, default
