For many jobs, campus recruitment is indeed more advantageous than social recruitment, like some large state-owned enterprises. The reason why they like fresh graduates is simple. In addition, we should pay attention to a problem. Not all enterprises that go to campus for recruitment will have a bright future after you enter. If it is a 2 1 1/985 university, the strength of the recruited enterprises will not be bad. If your school is an ordinary undergraduate course, powerful enterprises will not go at all. There are not enough students in good universities. Why should others go to some third-rate schools to recruit people?
