I remember that when I first arrived at the company, my understanding of the company was limited to a brief introduction of the company's website, and I knew nothing else. On the day I arrived at the company, xx specially gave me induction training, which benefited me a lot. I think this is a meaningful and challenging job. First, ideological understanding

As a new village official, I feel that my policy theory level is not high and I lack practical knowledge. We should constantly strengthen our study, constantly arm ourselves with knowledge, improve our policy and theoretical study as soon as possible, and actively participate in grassroots work. I know my education level is not enough, so after I retired from the army, I applied for the major of rural administration in "one village and one university", which consolidated what I had learned before and studied rural work. Usually learn from old leaders and veteran comrades with an open mind and learn from their rich work experience. When people visit, I pay attention to learning their working attitude of warmly receiving people; When I follow the village committee cadres to mediate residents' contradictions and disputes, I pay attention to learning their superb language art of resolving contradictions. The situation at the grass-roots level is complex and changeable, so we must constantly adjust our working ideas and methods according to the new situation and do a good job in serving the people.

1, environmental improvement

In March of this year, the city launched the "100-day renovation" campaign, and all communities and village committees carried out environmental renovation on old villages, roads and rivers respectively. Under the leadership of Yushan Town and the administrative district, our village has successfully completed the tasks assigned by its superiors, completely improved the living environment of the masses, and has been affirmed by the superiors and the masses. This rectification work gave me the opportunity to meet people face to face at the grassroots level and learned about the harsh rural environment and the complexity of rural work. When I first came into contact, I knew nothing. Under the careful guidance of the leaders, I learned a lot step by step, communicated with some old party member and village representatives, and learned a lot of knowledge. How to deal with some common problems, how to speak with a certain language ability, and how to correctly handle disputes among the people. I have benefited a lot.

2, the usual work

With the successful completion of environmental improvement, the village resumed its previous work. I came into contact with party work and didn't know anything at first. Then Secretary Wu gave me a serious explanation and conveyed some of her experiences to me step by step. I tried to make some account books myself, and it was convenient for me to ask Secretary Wu for advice if I didn't understand anything. I also tried to make the information well. Usually there is not much party work, and there is more free time. Sometimes we can help some old leaders share some work, get in touch with the things in the village, understand the work in the village, be strict with ourselves, learn from various aspects and strive for all-round development.

Three months of work practice and exercise, although I didn't do anything important, but in a small matter, the actual work embodies the significance. In the future, I will treat the people as relatives and friends, take their affairs as my own business, serve them and solve problems for them. A new starting point breeds new hope.
