On-site collection time: 2021April 13 to April 19 (excluding legal holidays).

Precautions for certificate collection:

1. If you need someone else to collect it, please hold the original valid ID card of the candidate and the recipient.

2. If it is overdue due to special reasons, you can apply for a replacement at the handling point every Monday.

3. According to the Notice of Shandong Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security on Promoting the Reform and Issuance of Professional Qualification Certificates for Professional and Technical Personnel (Zi [20 19] 12No.), those who meet the accreditation conditions do not need to fill in the Registration Form for Professional and Technical Qualification Examination or the Registration Form for Professional (Vocational) Qualification Examination. Municipalities issue certificates through various forms such as on-site or express delivery. If you choose express delivery, the mailing fee will be borne by the candidates themselves.

4. According to the Notice on Enabling the New Edition of Professional Qualification Certificates for Professional and Technical Personnel (Lu Ren Kao Han [2065438+07] No.49), the certificates not received on time shall be kept by the issuing agency; If the certificate has not been received for five years, the municipalities will hand it over to the provincial personnel examination center, and the printing enterprises designated by the state will recycle and destroy it. Please tell the relevant units and candidates to remind each other and get the certificate in time.
