2. Recruitment positions, number of people, conditions and target scope

3. Recruitment conditions
(1) Have the nationality of the People’s Republic of China;
(2) Support the Constitution of the People’s Republic of China ;

(5) Have the qualifications required for applying for the position;

IV. Recruitment methods and benefits
(1) Recruitment methods
Those who pass the application qualification review will enter the written examination. The interview is a combination of structured interview and practical ability test. In principle, the ratio between the number of job vacancies and the number of candidates taking exams should not be less than 1:3. If the proportion of opening examinations is not reached, and the positions that need to be filled in the current year are really needed, the examinations can be started only after reporting to the Wuzhou Vocational College Recruitment and Examination Leading Group for approval; if the positions for examination are canceled due to insufficient proportion, the recruitment and examination work of Wuzhou Vocational College must be reported to After the leadership group agrees, the relevant applicants will be notified.
1. The written test
It is mainly based on the content of the "Pedagogy" and "Psychology" textbooks for the College Teacher Qualification Examination. The score is worth 100 points and is closed-book.
2. Interview
(1) For teacher positions, counselor positions, and ideological and political positions, structured interviews mainly examine the candidates' abilities in the corresponding positions.
(2) For management positions, the structured interview mainly examines the applicant’s comprehensive ability in official document writing.
3. Exam results announced
The written test results will be announced within 3 working days after the exam; the interview results will be announced on the spot after the interview. Examination results are announced promptly on the college website.
4. Determine the total test score
The written test score will be used as the basis for the interview assessment. The interview candidates will be determined according to the written test score from high score to low score in a ratio of 1:3 to the number of posts. The total exam score is calculated based on the weight of written test score accounting for 30% and interview score accounting for 70%. The total test score = written test score × 30% + interview score × 70%; the score calculation is rounded to two decimal places. According to the total score from high to low, the assessment and candidates will be determined in a ratio of 1:1 to the number of posts.
5. The time and location of the written examination and interview will be notified later.

Our hospital will select the best candidates based on the examination results and sign a labor contract.
