Law-abiding; Have good conduct, strong professionalism and teamwork spirit; No record of bad behavior and restrictions on access to financial qualifications; Have the physical conditions to perform their duties normally; Can stick to the grass-roots posts of credit cooperatives for a long time, adapt to the hard work and living environment in remote towns and villages, be physically and mentally healthy, be able to withstand high work intensity and pressure, and have the spirit of hard work. Account managers should often visit customers in rural areas and get familiar with local conditions.

(2) Education

College degree or above in national education sequence (including 20 14 college graduates).

Candidates' academic qualifications and related certificates must be recognized by the national education administrative department, and overseas academic qualifications must be certified by the study abroad service center of the Ministry of Education. 20 14 college graduates (20 14 college graduates do not include 20 14 graduates with non-ordinary higher education qualifications such as self-study exam, adult education, online education, night university, TV university and correspondence) must obtain corresponding academic certificates before July 3 14, and others have not obtained academic certificates before the qualification review.

(3) Age condition

1. Legal institutions applying to study in the Mainland (except Ganzi, Aba, Liangshan in Sichuan Province and Ebian County and Mabian County in Leshan City, the same below): college degree or above, aged 25 and below (born on or after May 1988); Bachelor degree, aged 26 or below (born on or after May 1987); Master's degree, aged 28 and below (1born in or after May 1985).

2. Apply for legal persons and institutions under the jurisdiction of Garze, Aba, Liangshan, Ebian and Mabian counties in Leshan: college degree or above, under the age of 27 (born on or after May 1986); Bachelor degree, aged 28 or below (born on or after May 1985); Those with a master's degree are under 30 years old (born on or after May 1983).

(4) Other conditions.

Applicants who apply for recruitment agencies in some enterprises in Ganzi, Aba, Liangshan and Leshan ethnic minority areas must master both Chinese and local minority languages.
