What subjects do special post teachers usually take?

Special post teachers generally have two stages. Generally, there is no written test in the first stage, only interview, and the second stage is written test+interview.

The first stage: interview. The general interview types include trial lecture, speech, structuring and answering questions, as well as their comprehensive interviews.

The second stage: written test: the written test includes relevant theories and knowledge such as educational policies and regulations, teachers' professional ethics, pedagogy, educational psychology and teachers' professional ability. The written test is conducted in a closed-book mode, and junior high school and primary school each have a set of test questions.
