1. The interviewer collects and fills in the form at the door, and pay attention to bring a pen.

2. The person in charge of the human resources department (it should be a woman) will take you through the office area and enter an internal conference room. Everyone will form a circle around the long conference table. Interview the small leaders in order (in the order you handed in the form before), and the whole process will be carried out under the attention of other candidates.

Everyone has similar questions. 100% introduce yourself and ask questions according to the contents of your resume. For example, if you write about your strong organization, you will be asked what you have organized, examples and so on, so you should be considerate when filling out your resume.

4. After the interview, just wait for the call, and then hang up without notice. There is also a second interview, mainly when the department manager comes to see you. Finally, it seems that a big leader has made a speech to inspect the new people.

5. When interviewing, make eye contact with the interviewer, with clear voice, and don't be afraid of making mistakes. They like confident people.
